The guy worker wouldn’t give a damn if the building was on fire. Horrible customer service. Instead of answering questions like a competent employee, he just grunted and said “I don’t know.”
The woman at least was doing her job and interacting with customers.

This fedex is awful. I say that, coming from using the fedex over on the waterfront often.
The guy at the counter won’t preview how your print will turn out. Botch it, and then offer you a fix up for a small fee. Either they’re nefarious or grossly incompetent. The only saving grace is the other associate who did a fix up for free after i came back in and asked.
Got it on her first try, no fix-up fee👌🙄

Worst customer service I have ever experienced by a gothic looking woman. Lazy and rude.

Validated that FedEx does digital passport photos and paid $20.
The photo though was rejected by the US government as it did not meet the requirements.
Took a picture with an iPhone and was able to submit without issue.
Waste of time, money, and energy dealing with the disengaged and borderline rude staff

Tried to print today and both printers failed to read my usb drive. I had tested the drive was fully working before going there, and tested again after I got home and it saw my documents just fine. While there I watched as the printer ate a women's 20 page print job. She paid then it printed 2 pages and said finished while keeping her money. Go somewhere else.

Like all print shops, understaffed and overwhelmed. Also, no hole punch.

Brian needs to be fired for his disturbing customer service. He is always unpleasant and rude. Work somewhere/anywhere else instead of being in a customer facing role. You do not belong behind a register.

My firm called in to confirm printing capability of a color document. Since they are two blocks away, I walked over with a flash drive to expedite the process. The employee asked if they could do a test print before running 25 copies, which I agreed to. However, after they made one copy they quoted me over $1300, and an expediting fee. When I declined, they insisted that I pay almost $100 for the test print and an expediting fee. The document was 27 pages long, double sided. At a minimum, they should have explained the pricing before offering to do a test that they were going to charge for. I'll never send any business this way. Ever. Support your local print shops instead.

Kay was kind, professional, and helped us get a print job right, fast, and looking good! Thanks so much!

I’m very disappointed in my recent visit. I was looking for help to print some copies on a different type of paper and the person who helped me named “jon” was so rude to me.
I was trying to ask genuine questions and try obtain some knowledge about different card stock and Jon gave me a horrible response and attitude the whole time.
Will be going to a different fedex from now on.

Worst place in PDX for shipping anything you need any kind of help with. Thought maybe it was a one off experience but have been back years apart and it's always awful. It's like the employees are actually hostages and are not working but just waiting to escape asap.

Service was having a bad day. The young man at the counter looked as if he would rather be anywhere else, which I would understand. He acted as if he could care less about taking my.business with a passive aggressive demeanor and was condescending and dismissive in tone. Wish granted, sir. I will go elsewhere next time.

I tried to drop off a box with a prepaid FedEx label attached and was told they couldn't accept it. The older woman behind the counter told me my box needed to be inside another box in order to make a sale. I was told by more than one other FedEx employee that this is not true. My local FedEx delivery driver gladly accepted the package as is and told me to avoid using the Pearl District location as this is a well known problem and reoccurring issue.

I would never come here to ship anything unless you want to pay $7 just for the box and another $20 for shipping said box that weights less than a pound. The pricing here is just ridiculous which I’m sure is not specific to the location
