Awful web site. A premium option to schedule delivery is supposedly available but it was impossible to access. Customer service rep completely misunderstood my inquiry and had no idea where the package was located. Stick with UPS whenever possible.

App says package out for delivery, but that was yesterday. Can not find any updates anywhere.

Saw there was issues with my package barcodes (making it undeliverable/returnable) and can't get through to a live person because the virtual bs kept getting my tracking wrong
Where is my package says it's been actively being delivered for the last 2 days !!!
