Profile Laser is a gem! I had a last minute request for my son’s birthday around the holidays and my experience from start to finish was professional, reliable, and pleasant. 1) Each time I called, a human answered my call and was polite and responsive; 2) I worked with Kit who was professional, walked me through the different options, asked the right questions to ensure the job was a success, and totally understood my quick turnaround request. He also walked me through how the parts were QC’ed. Great communication and flexibility. Would go to Profile Laser for all laser cutting needs in the future!

Best laser company in the vicinity of Portland. Dedicated staff that problem solves with client until the job is done perfectly. I have worked with a lot of laser cutting companies since 2003 and Profile is hands down the best one. Highly recommended.

Terrible experience with this company. There was an apology and excuses for the end result of the job that they did and the fact that I did not receive the product in the expected condition but in the end, no real effort to make good on their mistake. Would never go back there.
