Have used them a few times in the past and advance payments were always a perk and you'd get a slight discount. Just walked in to drop my clothes off to see an "Advanced Payment Required" sign. Don't think I should be REQUIRED to pay in advance until I know I am getting ALL of my clothes back in good condition.
