Setup an appointment for their express program with my insurance. Showed up, they said they couldn’t see me because they didn’t have anyone to take me in, then tried to setup my appointment for 6 weeks later. Manager is useless. Avoid this company. Zero customer service or consideration. I showed up with a ride at 8 in the morning and they could have called to tell me before if no one could see me and cancel

Dont go to this place. They aren't good people. I set up a appointment but when I showed up they said they booked someone ontop of me. They told me they could look at my car and tell me how much it would be to fix it. But when I showed up they said they dont do that. On top of it they guy called me broke and acted like I couldn't afford to fix my bummer. I wouldnt go to this place in Gresham

Service was very good contacted me step by step on the prices fixed in timely manner even with the shipping delays truck looks brand new thank you truck was in a accident hit from back and front driver headlight was cracked insurance wanted to give a used one but fix a auto out in a new one I thank them so much they shine go see them !

The staff at Fix Auto made what I thought was going to be a poor experience after being involved in a vehicle accident, such an easy one. They were kind and communicative throughout the whole experience, keeping me updated throughout the whole process. They did a beautiful job in repairing my vehicle and used factory parts. Our car was in an accident. It took around 40 days for the repairs due to the national parts shortage. Fix It called and gave weekly status reports (sometimes twice a week) and worked with our insurance. The car was beautiful and detailed inside and out when it was completed.
