Eli at the portland location set me up with a new protector and csse that were a great improvement for my phone, he went so far as to email me a photo of my information sticker on my phone, remove it, clean ane polish my phone and now it looks so clean and impressive. I work outdoors and my phone was very dirty, Eli got it looking brand new and respectable again. 5/5

They lie.Alexander said that my phone battery couldn't be replaced on the appointed day because, "The technician was ill and didn't come in."In reality, they had not received the replacement battery.... So Alexander lied bold face to me. I go back the next day when "the technician was feeling better." Dropped off my phone and guess what? It STILL DIDN'T WORK when I picked it up!!! Fixoid's Paul and Alexander continued to lie and said, "Well, maybe we ordered a bad battery..."Keep in mind that their "policy" is to charge The FULL AMOUNT UP FRONT AND WILL NOT GIVE YOU A REFUND!!!!Bad, bad place. DO NOT NOT EVER GO THERE!!! Frauds in my opinion.
