We went here to get a gift card for a friend, and the owner was super friendly and helpful. If I lived in Portland I would definitely go back and buy some wines. Check out the artwork displayed on the tops of the shelves while you’re there, it’s great. Recommended!

Knowledgeable and friendly staff who offer excellent recommendations tailored to different regions and price points. Meeting Jonathan was truly a highlight—he was an absolute gem and incredibly helpful throughout our visit.

Walked around for over 10 minutes without any help because the man pouring wine was too busy telling people who seemed to be personal friends about his trip to Scotland to introduce himself or this business. My husband and I came from out of town, really excited to try this place from the amazing review just to be extremely disappointed. Browsed with no assistance before deciding to leave without purchasing anything because we didn’t want to spend our money in a place that didn’t even acknowledge our existence let alone do their job of sharing their knowledge on their wine selection. Would not reccomend to anyone who may be new to the wine scene because you’ll be ignored for friends at the counter.

Excellent shop with fantastic service! The selection is impressive, with plenty of unique imports that have been thoughtfully curated. Staff have tried all the wines they sell and know them inside and out so you can really trust their recommendations. Easily the best library selection in Portland. Flor is truly a gem!
I have thoroughly enjoyed their club allocations as well (a great value and a nice way to try new wines you might never have considered).

Our favorite wine shop ever! Great people, great wine selection across price point; approachable, classy, fun, fancy when it's called for---exactly what you'd expect from the folks behind Portland icons Le Pigeon, Canard and the late-great Little Bird (Andy and Sergio of course), but the newcomers to the team all bring their own excellent character too.

My favorite wine spot in Portland. Good, rotating selection with a wide price range but plenty of affordable-yet-delicious bottles in the $20-25 zone conveniently located front-and-center for you. Let them pop one open for you to drink on site (no corkage fee) and get a few to take home. Cannot recommend enough!

With the nectar of the gods in the form of the blood of Christ, a level of service fit for no less than kings, Flor is your go-to spot for stellar wines from around the globe, friendly and knowledgeable staff who cater to their patrons like "baby you're my corona lime & I can be your main squeeze," biodynamic varieties of sheer quality & character, and prices you just don't understand. The quality is off the charts but with several of everything from across all of time & space, could a winery be more multiversed? Listen I know this js all very "all the kings horses n all the kings men" & "doesss she have good taste in music ?" & "she certainly has great taste in tele with those Rick n Morty vibes" of me, but on the real: don't miss this sweet gem hiding right in the Pearl...conveniently located a block from Pearl District Dental in case, you know, your smile needs a quick lift from all that delectable stainage (insert evil laugh). Pop on over for a happenin time with treats you'll love and faces you'll also come to love, or rush in to get yer wine fix by the hand of the almighty grape gods. They even offer beers and a selection of bites from happy-hour-esque nuts n cheeses n lalalalala fraiche to fancy meat offerings of sorts. I stumbled upon this place during a walk that got detoured by a stopped train. It's cute and the staff member, Danny, that helped me was kind and helpful. I had a glass of Chianti that was pretty good. I'll be back again to try more wines.
