Started going here when my regular cleaners shut down. They were fine until sweaters started smelling moldy after they “cleaned” them. I don’t know if they just put them in the plastic while still wet. I asked them to redo- they weren’t nice about it.
Redo still stunk, had to throw the clothes away!!!!

We have taken everything there from couch covers that needed cleaning, to standard dry cleaning shirts, to a child’s competition swimsuit that needed alterations and they are always friendly and accommodating. It’s also very conveniently located with great parking.

What would you guys do if I had a big accident? I have proof too. You guys apologized to me and promised to pay for the repairs. And so far, with lies and excuses, they don't want to see us. Keep your promise that you apologize and send it in for a repair check.

After six years of being a very good customer there ARROGANCE was too much.I pointed out a small red wine stain on dropoff and was told they thought it could be handled. On return the stain was still there and I was charged $2.65. I said I was told it would be cleaned and if not I would not have left it. To their credit they returned the $2.65. But on my very next visit with shirts, pants, sweaters I was confronted by both husband and wife who were willing to take the pants and sweaters but not any shirts because I was a difficult customer. They spoke ARROGANTLY to a customer who had not been difficult over six years. They lost my business and I cannot recommend them.Service: Organic dry cleaning

They are so bad at getting stains out. They are also rude, I have been going there for years only because it is 2 minutes from my house. It's not worth they do a really bad job. To many clothes ruined. Last straw was pink blouse I picked up today, stains left on it and I bring it home and can remove stains? How do I have no problem doing it and dry cleaners can't. It's no wonder they have horrible reviews. I wish I would of read reviews before I wasted all this time and money.

was excellent in past. recently their attitude has become distant and sometimes just arrogant. after years of being a loyal customer I complained of one service and they basically told me to go elsewhere! outrageously arrogant they cannot admit a mistake! courteous service is no longer what it once was!!

We take all our dry cleaning and oversized comforter here to get cleaned. They've always done a great job with my husbands shirts, my dresses and wool coats and our xl comforter that doesn't fit in my own washing machine but is returned to us clean in a nice carry bag. I definitely recommend this place!

Was promised my cleaning on Monday which was a Monday. I got there Monday afternoon. Things aren't done. I had to go back the next day and spend more time out of my day and more gas. When I asked them if they were going to charge me the full price because of this she just giggled. She said well late afternoon is still Monday. The prices are high in their service is terrible. Do not go to the cleaners. There's a much nicer one just across the way next to the liquor store. Go there instead.

I trust my clothes, my furniture covers and alterations completely to Forest Cleaners. I have been going here for 20 years and the quality is the best in the business . They are very knowledgable and professional. I can describe at minimum what I need done and they do an even better job than I could have hoped for with my alterations and sewing projects. See the outdoor slipcovers they made for me!

They are wonderful! The best dry cleaner anywhere in the Portland Beaverton area. I think they just started offering dry cleaning pickup and delivery but you might want to call to confirm. Excellent service and very friendly staff. Recommended!

The very first time I tried this place they ruined a brand new shirt. The shirt still had a price tag on it and they melted the plastic right into the shirt. I spoke to the owner and he refused to replace the shirt and said that he would fix it. They had to press that same shirt each and every time I went there because they were not able to get the plastic out of the material. When I asked again to replace the shirt I was told by the owner it had been too long. Come on, seriously...the owner told me to give them a chance to make it right and I tried for sooo long and then to be told that I gave them too long was ridiculously insane. They had decent service and all seemed nice but they just did not stand behind their mistake. Sadly to say we are in search for a new place to do business because the owner would not replace a brand new shirt that they admittedly ruined.

Without having to say anything (I forgot) they fixed my blown out pockets. Shirts didn't smell like they were cooked, and perfect starch! Service with a smile and watching them work you can tell they take pride in their work!
