Only making this review for the worker who wears a pink hoodie with a bible verse on the back!! She seriously needs a raise, I'm sure all these employees do, there was a minor theft while I was shopping and she made sure the customers were safe while keeping her job at the company and getting merchandise back!

Alot of cute items and a variety of sizes and colors never had an employee ask me for help or acknowledge me as a customer though.

Great location. I think it’s odd that the physical locations don’t match pricing from Forever 21’s website. I won’t fault them though. This store is keeping the Lloyd Center alive.

I wasn't going to review the place because it's a waste of time but the staff was so rude that I just can't let it go. First of all when we entered the store it was dead, like barely anyone shopping except myself, my friend, and a middle aged African American gentleman. The store manager literally yelled across the store to one of his employees demanding they follow the man around when he had given no signs of being a thief. If you ask me they were racially profiling, considering he was the only non-Caucasian individual in sight. My friend and I were approached by a member of the sales staff who advised there was clearance upstairs, so naturally we go to check it out. We are the only people up there. There were no other shoppers or staff when we entered the upper level. We were shopping without issue until my friend goes to try on some clothes. It looked very cramped and crowded, like they were using it for overflow storage but there was no indication it was closed. After a few minutes I'm approached by a salesperson and the store manager. The woman was somewhat neutral but the store manager came in with an attitude and insisted there was a sign saying it was closed and it had been roped off. I calmly let him know when we went to the fitting room the sign was not clearly displayed and the rope was not extended out to show the area was closed, but we would be leaving shortly. My friend also shouted out from the fitting room they were sorry and getting dressed now to leave. The manager responded that they didn't like my attitude and that they were calling security. We did nothing wrong and this guy is acting like we are robbing a bank. I get the mall has problems but don't drive away your only potential customers by acting like they are the problem. If the fitting room is closed then it should be clearly displayed and I'm not about to abandon my friend in the dressing room while the store manager accosts us and is trying to make us leave while she was still totally naked! I had a few purchases I was going to get but ended up leaving them on a shelf to be returned. I noticed the security officer also followed us around the mall for a bit when I'm sure they had better things to do than go after two women just trying to shop. Like ffs... Definitely won't be going back.

Absurdly gross and weird. There ate boogers all over the womens fitting room walls. Why!? They’re always there like some kind of booger vandal is out to get the place. But the issue is that they’re not cleaned up. This is disgusting! Also, one day when I was at the checkout the cashier was curious about my wallet and took it out of my hand. I was stunned by his lack of manners. I have hesitation about disposable fashion anyway, and In totality, the vibe is trashy.

me and my friend were using a changing room to try on our items and we didn’t know that we couldn’t share a changing room, like we normally do. i understand that some stores don’t allow it but the manager started yelling at us to leave the changing room. we are only 13 and she threatened to ban us from the store… she was yelling at us while we were getting dressed and trying to leave… she is not nice at all and i don’t recommend.

understaffed, undersized.. the lady that helped was super awesome but explained that my size wasnt going to be found in her store and the decision happened way up the foodchain. 34/34 is a dying breed. plus sizes in general. why do we get shoved out. no one wants to do the online experience because if anything is out of order in the purchase its that much harder to do a return. changing rooms are necessary for everyone. this is descrimination. i need to know that the pockets are big enough or that the legs arent tapered and i wont find that in a picture. please correct this error in judgement. i like Lloyd center because its 10 minutes from my house.

Dressing room is still not open. I definitely would have purchased a lot more had I been given an opportunity to try things on. I’m not really sure why the associate was so annoyed by me asking if it was closed. I’m assuming because they hate their job.

Went at 3pm on a Friday and it was entirely closed off. Their business hours are listed as 11am-7pm. Please update your hours so as not to waste customer's time.

I love forever 21 usually and have shopped at various locations since I was very young (in multiple countries). Most locations while not amazing for sizing have still had a decent range of sizing. This location is ridiculous. I am by no means that large, I have a fairly average body type and usually fit a medium in most places. In most of the clothes in this store there was only small and extra small. I was told they don't tend to order in many clothes above small or extra small?? When I managed to find something in a large by some miracle, it fit like a small??? Overall extremely disappointed and unless you have the body proportions of Flat Stanley, a cardboard cutout, or an 8 year old child, you aren't gonna find things for your body type.

Yesterday I was removed from this forever 21 after a security guard (male in a womens dressing room) banged on the door and scared me. He said the employees SAW me removing security tags (with my hands? What?) and I was in the dressing room for 20 minutes when I had only tried on three dresses in a normal amount of time. I don't know if it was cuz I was in slouchy sweatpants without makeup or what. It triggered and terrified me and never did I think I'd say this, but I'm making a formal complaint to corporate because no employee said anything or tried to help. Literally had a panic attack instead of cheer up shopping moment. I don't need to steal from a forever 21 wtf

It is unfuriating to repeatedly spend 1-1.5 hours shopping for clothes, only to find out that the dressing rooms are STILL CLOSED. It is nearly May 2022. I take hundreds of dollars worth of clothes and just drop them on the cashier counter to be put back since I can't try them on. And no I am not going to buy every single item just to hopefully get back to the store within 30 days for the items I don't want. I do that if I have to for a couple items but not 25 items. The store associates told me that the reason the dressing rooms still aren't open is because corporate is worried about loss prevention. I understand that staffing is not great right now but to not ever have any dressing rooms available is definitely losing this store more money than the items lost due to theft which will also be written off as a deductible anyway.

Kyle and Sabrina have been one of the most unprofessional people my sister has ever worked with (.) they are racist to the core, as soon as they see a colored person they call security right away and follow them around the store. They have the worst attitude and act like high school bullies.. mind you they are 25 and 26! They will constantly abuse the workers there who are LITERAL high school schoolers. If it's not their way they make this kids life a burning H3LL POT. Sabrina is just completely lazy who just sits in the back and does nothing but talk about employees and kyle who will make sure people knows who's "boss" Erin the district manager is going to hear about all this. This management team is pathetic.
