Good rates, quiet, and GREAT communication. There was an incident that was reported to me immediately while they were diligently checking the property that THANKFULLY turned out to be a false alarm. I was EXTREMELY HAPPY that they let me know, even though there was no issue. Also, they consistently keep me informed on my billing cycles and when the autopay goes through, ELIMINATING the guess work. Kudos to the team there, I haven’t had that level of service in a long time and it is truly a breath of fresh air. I strongly encourage you to seek them out for your storage needs. ??

I've been storing my stuff with PDQ self-storage for over a year and it's been great. The staff has been really helpful and the prices are very reasonable.

Been here for 12 years, and although the proce has increased a LOT, we are very happy here. Great staff and very secure storage. Changed hands a few times over the years, but that's fine.

Supposed to pick up moving truck at 7am, employees didn't put keys in it, so I'm stuck until someone comes to work at 9am. Not even an apology, very unprofessional

I have a storage unit here and anyone who is looking for a storage unit should go here this is a really nice place to rent from and the guys that work they're are extremely nice and treated me with respect and like a human being If you need a clean place for storage this is the place to go

Clerk was so drunk she could barely stand. She couldn't get the printer to work, so she said she'd email the rental agreement. Never got it. Returned the truck and was promised an invoice within 30 minutes. Got the invoice 2 days later. Was charged for twice the miles driven and for fuel. Truck was returned on full.

Will never waste money on this location again, rudest customer service, shouting things at me from the back room, let alone the girl named "Zach" behind the counter had a horrible snotty attitude that made things difficult and stressful from the beginning. We were over charged for miles. Overall this place is horrible to their customers. I'd look elsewhere. ?

Nice storage place sure could use some maintenance down around there though other than that the staff is very friendly and helpful
