This normally isn't my typical Fred Meyer that I go to, but the Fred Meyer Garden Center at this location was pretty empty, but they did have really good clearance items. Usually, plants that are $25 dollars were like $12 dollars, so I got like 3 of them.

I have to give props to this guy Eddie in the deli department. I'm not sure if he's the manager in that department, but he sure holds himself like one and has given me great service in his actions and responses. Answering all my questions as this is the 2nd time he's helped me. This guy is really cool and seems to focus on giving the best service he can at the same time holding a friendly and professional conversation. Ask for Eddie if you need anything in the deli.

They added more self checkout lanes, making it so they only have 1-2 actual full service checkers available. Fred Meyer has the worst self checkout system that I have ever used and they just added many more. I cannot stand using this system so I have decided to no longer shop here, FOREVER!

This store needs to step up their quality service in the produce department. Shopping recently for green peppers and half of them were soft and rotten still laying on the counter. Some were squishy and brown. Half of the plastic bag dispensers were empty. Only 1 man working to fill produce. Kroger should be worried with so much competition out there.

I was impressed by the variety and quality of products they had. I was looking for some potting soil, seeds and plants for my balcony garden and I found everything I needed. The prices were reasonable and they had some good sales going on. The garden center was well organized and clean and I enjoyed browsing through the different sections. I would recommend Fred Meyer Garden Center to anyone who is looking for gardening supplies or just wants to see some beautiful plants and flowers.

This review is about their pharmacy and their Corporate response to my complaints about the pharmacy.1) You can never know if their drive-thru is going to be open or not. They will even tell you there is zero predicability for customers who have chosen their location because it's the ONLY Fred Meyer drive-thru within a huge radius. 2) They take forever to process prescriptions. 3) Their answer to most questions is "I don't know." Even when you ask WHO does know? 4) I was given incorrect information about a medication I was being given for the first time. Seriously WRONG information.5) When a change of insurance required me to transfer multiple prescriptions to them they completely unhelpful getting the info from Walgreens who they said was not responding. Walgreens of course claimed they did everything that Fred Meyers asked them to do. A circus!6) When I complained to their Corporate Office the response was 1) Sorry 2) Nothing we can do about it 3) I don't know!If possible avoid this location and thank the Lord you can walk into another place and don't need a drive through Fred Meyer pharmacy!

I went to the butcher to get Carne Asada with my partner, so we walk up and are waiting for the butcher to walk over and greet us but he didn't. we waited 5 minutes to see if he would walk over until we decided to go and say "Excuse me". my partner said it loud and clear, even walked over to the fish where he was standing. The butcher was clearly pretending to not hear us until he walked into the kitchen, but before going through the doors, turned around and gave us a nasty look. I was livid. He walked back out and continued to ignore us, folding plastic bags. I walk away with my partner, fuming. Right after we walked away, a single lady walked up and he helped her IMMEDIATELY. I just wanted my steak. I talked to a lady in produce about it, she's amazing (forgot her name but it said "Garlic Mann" on it haha). She sympathized and apologized and said she would pass this along to HR and management. Not sure if I want to come back here after getting blatantly discriminated against.

Thieves & Liars who will steal your money. Do not, I repeat do not ever buy Amazon gift cards here.Jessica, the front-end manager for Raleigh Hills will steal your money and blame it on a computer problem. Since July 21st, I have spent 6+ hours on the phone, 16 emails and many trips to the store and never had my stolen money returned. Even after being issued a case number and promised a refund, they did nothing. Thieves & crooks, better places to shop.

What stood out? Kroger's aka...Smith's, Ralphs, Fry's, it's familiar. Being on a 6 month assignment in Portland, I can walk in, use my out of state membership number and SAVE!!! Hit the brakes!!! But like where I am from, some items beat Wally Mart while others rival Albertsons. Like I said...familiar!

This review is for the pharmacyPicking up a prescription for the dog ordered at another Fred Meyer. The Raleigh Hill's Fred Meyer pharmacy closed 2 hrs before this pharmacy. Thought it would be no problem picking this prescription up at another Fred Meyer since the one we ordered was closed two hrs earlier than them. Tried to pick this up at Beaverton Fred Meyer, they were able to see the prescription ordered at the other store. They could see we didn't pick it up and it was ready and everything about this prescription but they would not give us the prescription? Will not order a prescription from Fred Meyer again. I could see if this was a completely different store, say Walgreens that I ordered this from but it's the same chain of stores!

I shopped at Freddie's today in Beaverton. went to exit and my shopping cart came to dead stop at exit door. Some guy comes over with a wand to make passes over my groceries, giving me the impression I had stolen something. Didn't bother to look at my receipt. Is this because I didn't purchase their bags? I have been shopping there for 30 years. Now I hate to go there. I consider this poor behavior, very unpleasant treatment of customers.

I've noticed Fred Meyer's the only grocery store that doesn't have new handicap carts. The other stores have many, FM only has a couple old ones... bcuz of this I don't shop there.

This morning I went into the pharmacy to pick up a prescription that was called in by my PA two days ago. They first told me that they did not have the item, then said to wait while they checked. The woman came back with it but it was not ready for me to pick up. She said to come back in thirty minutes. I went home and the call came from the pharmacy later, indicating that it was ready for pickup. I went back to the store to pick up the prescription, arriving at 6:01 PM. The gate to the pharmacy was partially closed but I walked in to see if I could still be served. I was told that they were closed, even though there was still a customer at the counter being served. Upon exiting I noticed a sign saying that they closed at 6. I count this as poor customer service.
