Fred Meyer Fuel Center offers convenient gas filling in a residential area of Portland, with good prices especially when using fuel points earned through shopping. Customers can save money by using their Shopper's Card, earning 1 fuel point for every dollar spent, which can significantly reduce gas prices. The location is often busy, particularly on weekends, so visiting during less busy times is recommended. The center is open 24 hours, though some reviews mention that it may not always be fully open at all hours, so hours should be confirmed. Additional services like refilling air are available, but may cost extra. Overall, Fred Meyer Fuel Center provides an easy way to save on gas, especially for regular shoppers who take advantage of the fuel points system.
This is a bit of a hidden gem. It's not adjacent to a store, so it is quick to get in, fuel up and get out. Still has good prices!

Apart from difficulty figuring out how to get in, it's a good place to fuel up.

Although it’s “open” all the lights are off and there are people digging through trash cans on the property. It is honestly the scariest place to get gas after “regular hours” I’ve ever been. Absolutely would NOT come back again. Would rather spend a bit more money to feel safe.
