Went in to buy a wedding ring today, Damien was our helper and he was incredibly pushy and talked down on another locations employees. Just came off as arrogant. We ended up driving to a location in Vancouver and wasn't pushed, just helped (as just about everybody would prefer) and bought the ring through them.

Two star because I absolutely love my watch, but the sales woman is an absolutely atrocious lady to deal with. Rude to a point of comical, it seems like an act it's so off-putting. Seems to be a trend judging from the other reviews...

I made a trade on a piece of jewelry Angelica added a phone number for my rewards that was not my phone number.it has taken me OVER an hour with Kroger rewards service to try and get this corrected...im so angry right now!!!! If she had just verified my rewards number I the first place... just to overly excited about making a commission she did not do her job correctly . I spend waaaaay to much money with Fred meyer jewelers to have to endure what I am currently going through right now... I WILL NOT BE RETURNING BACK TO THE INTERSTATE STORE.... I WILL DRIVE ALL THE WAY TO BEAVERTON

I called ahead to ensure this store could help me with my watch (confirmed brand and issue) and was ensured that I would be taken care of. I drove 15min out of the way to get help and upon arriving they said they could no longer help. They do not value your time and employ highschool children to handle decisions on merchandise worth thousands of dollars. Embarrassing.

I've bought probably 5 different items here and 3 of them broke in some way within the first year. The staff are very friendly and helpful but the quality of the products are questionable.

Made my first purchase from Fred Meyer Jewelers and not impressed. Purchased 14k rose gold chain that needed to be shortened and a jump ring that needed to be soldered. Took almost 3 weeks for the chain and they forgot the jump ring, so an additional week. I planned this middle of Nov. so I'd have plenty of time before Christmas, but now it will be late. The sales associate apologized, but that was it. I paid something like $30 just to have the ring soldered, and probably could have just done it myself. Super frustrated and not a good first impression.

Hands down the worst Fred Meyer in the NW. Went for deli, Boars Head meats and cheese are so expensive you would think the department manager would not leave to untrained people along. The lady not as slow as the guy but not fast. The guy was in his early 20's I'm guessing. He had two speeds, slow and NO speed what so ever. Could care less about the people waiting in line. I was in line at 3:30 and didn't have 1 pound of ham and 1 pound of cheese until 4:00PM. I choose this time because at 6;00 last week after standing in the self check out half way down the isle. It was now my turn to check out and the girl told me this self check out was closed. I had to go and stand in another line. How can Fred Meyer run all their adds with good conscious have such horrible personal.

I bought my boyfriend a 2k necklace that needed the clasp repaired . They said they had no record of an insurance policy on the necklace but had 1 for the 900 dollar ring I purchased at the same time. So I tell the Jewelry ppl it's fine I'll pay the 150 for the repair but need it done by April 24th . That was 2 wks prior to april 24th , it's now June 11th and they cant tell me where my necklace is or when it will be done .. these people are clowns , I'll never deal with them again or spend another dollar w them.
