Worst ever! I have been waiting for 2.5 hrs for 20 pills. Never again! I should have used Amazon since I did not feel good enough to drive to Kaiser. I will never come to this pharmacy again!

They are a small pharmacy with a high demand,
and nevertheless, they have been the most consistent pharmacy experience I’ve had since I moved to Oregon in 2021. The staff here are very patient and I am writing a review specifically to express my appreciation for a pharmacy tech Zey who went above and beyond to assist me with a pharmacy stock issue today. Thank you Zey!

Pharmacy tech issues everytime I went to this location.
The final straw was when I went in and they ask for your date of birth. I had a sore throat and handed the woman my ID with my dob on it. She didn't even attempt to read the date of birth and demanded I verbally tell her due to her being sick and unable to read without getting dizzy.
I replied with how are you able to find the right prescription if you are unable to read, that sounds dangerous, maybe you shouldn't be working today.
She ran off and got the pharmacist who got the prescription while telling me to not be rude to the worker. I left with less faith in humanity then when i arrived, and immediately switched pharmacies.

Stopped in yesterday while I was out running errands to check on my prescription. The woman informed me it wasn't ready yet. When I did pick it up later a different staff member offered the same friendly helpful assistance. They do a far superior job compared to the Walgreens pharmacy up the road. It was a breath of fresh air and I'm thankful this is now my pharmacy.

Female pharmacist on the phone was the rudest person I’ve ever talked to in my life. I just need a birth control prescription transferred and she interrupted me mid sentence and then yelled at me to “listen to her when she talking” I asked to speak to the manager and she said she was the manager. Honestly the worst, rude and condescending person ever

They are getting a little bit better but some of the young men working there really lack customer service skills.

Get some bags with handles please. What is the point of paper bags without handles, you can barely carry 2 at a time. Do better.

If you are going to keep changing and decreasing your hours, can you at the very least keep your hours updated? So we don't make the trip, navigate the new gauntlet of security gates that take you way out of the way of the pharmacy, only to find the pharmacy is closed even though your posted hours said 8pm? Cool, thanks.

Pharmacist thuy is so rude for basic requests. Asked to exchange a bottle with a broken seal and she acted like I asked her to do the impossible and huffed and puffed and gave such a huge attitude for something that took her less than 30 seconds to do. If she can’t deal with customers quarries why is she in customer service?

The selection post COVID seems pretty good. There are sometimes killer deals on houseplants. It's convenient if you live in St. Johns and there is a gas station with better prices than most places. Be ready to walk all over the parking lot looking for a cart. I've left before doing my shopping numerous times because there are no carts or baskets to be found. I use self checkout and every time, there are items that ring up more expensive than marked on the shelf. They restock by putting out huge pallets in the aisles making it hard to get around. Employees get paid to stand around and talk in a store that clearly has lots of work to be done. I've run across a few employees who are happy to help, mostly in the garden center, but not many. Theft is obviously on a crazy scale. It's normal to see someone shoving merchandise in their backpack. They have a new security system which will hopefully help with that, but now everyone looks like a suspect. Basically it feels like management has forgotten that customers are the reason the store can operate and has not trained employees in basic customer service. Good customer service also leads to less theft because customers, and thieves, know employees are paying attention to them.
