Prescriptions are rarely filled on time. Another issue is that there is a prescription that they never seem be able to refill. The customer service is fine, but it's just a problem with timeliness.

I am in the process of trying to transfer all my prescriptions out of this pharmacy. The staff is rude, filling prescriptions can sometimes take up to two weeks, and it's impossible to get anyone on the phone. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

Understaffed, rude staff, long wait times the only reason people go here it's because it's convenient.

Good luck getting any prescription in a timely manner. If you're getting covid meds, they'll over 24 hours. When you call they'll put you on hold repeatedly just to han up on you. Just trying to transfer my prescription elsewhere but no one picks up the phone.

They got it looking like a prison in there. You can't walk on certain areas without it being blocked off. You have to walk all the way around to get to the bathroom or pharmacy. Not good.

Was out of prescription and didn’t tell me, just told me the machine was stuck and to wait. The intern is horribly rude and couldn’t even bother to look up a new pharmacy and hung up on me before I could say goodbye. We are people too, and we just want our medicine. Grow up. The staff here suck.

This pharmacy put oxycodone into my blood pressure medication and Arthur was extremely rude with no apology while I was informing them. At least the lady who answered the phone seemed to care. I was trying to be helpful by letting them know about this error but he didn't seem to think it was an issue. I'm currently pregnant and what if I had taken this and then drove afterwards? There are many risks that could have been involved with this. This is a good reminder to check your medications before taking them.

Prescriptions are consistently late and online status is generally not updated, forcing me to call to get updates. Just about everyone I speak to is curt and sometimes even rude. I'll be switching pharmacies, and I think that's what they want.

why do you need a restroom code if the restroom is going to look like absolute trash? stop gatekeeping restroom access. it's cruel to those of us that have actual medical conditions.

i can’t rely on this location to fill my prescriptions anymore. i’ve been waiting 6 days for my one singular life-saving albuterol inhaler and every time i’ve called i’ve been treated with disrespect. i am a pharmacy technician and i understand exactly how this works and i am very patient because of it, but the delays have become ridiculous and unsafe and just 30 minutes ago i had to call an employee out for lying to me about something completely unnecessary. this location is genuinely unsafe for the community

This location says it opens at 9am but after hitting the call button twice at the drive up window after 9:10am with the curtain down saying it’s “closed,” the pharmacy technician snapped at me and gave me a nasty look because I hit the service button. Extremely rude, unprofessional woman named Tasha. Should be FIRED.

Avoid this pharmacy! Go literally anywhere else

This pharmacy has consistently failed to meet basic expectations. They are severely understaffed, leading to long lines and delayed prescriptions. The staff often seem overwhelmed and, unfortunately, project that frustration onto customers, making interactions extremely uncomfortable.
Twice now, my doctor prescribed medication on a Friday, and by the following Wednesday, it still wasn’t ready—despite the app indicating it would be ready by Monday. When I inquired, the response was simply, “We don’t have enough people.” This excuse doesn’t mitigate the fact that I’ve had to go without essential medication for 2–3 days, which is unacceptable and detrimental to my health.
I highly highly recommend choosing another pharmacy, I can’t stress that enough! It will save you time, stress, and the anxiety of wondering if your medication will be available when you need it.

People who work there are great, pharmacy itself is a disaster. Consistently late on filling rx's, rarely have medications ready when promised, often need to wait up to an hour when picking up rx's even when they were supposed to be ready the day before. Drive through has been broken for years.
