Just called to see if my son's ADHD meds are in stock. I was placed on an immediate hold, and after being re-placed on hold another 4 times (yes, 4 TIMES), I was hung up on. Never going here again.

Wait time is usually 2 to 3 hours, which wouldn't be so bad if the staff didn't constantly claim that your medication will be ready "very soon" or "they're working on it."

I called on Thursday to confirm they had meds. Was told my prescriptions would be ready for pick up on Friday. Went there Saturday morning. Was told one prescription would need to be ordered and the other I would have to wait 20 minutes for them to fill.Couldn't wait.Got home. Fred Meyer called to say they have my prescriptions ready.Bullshit run around.Moving all my prescriptions to nail order.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PHARMACY! If I could give 0 stars I absolutely would. Worker Quan was extremely unprofessional and rude. I’ve never felt so unwelcomed asking a simple question. I was shopping at Fred Meyers and wanted to quickly know if my prescription was ready and literally felt attacked. He could’ve simply stated that it was not ready but instead shunned me and acted like I didn’t exist. If he doesn’t want to work there, he shouldn’t. Workers Jas and Godgift were welcoming and definitely deserve credit. I will be switching to another pharmacy and everyone else should too.

This pharmacy gets worse, less efficient and less concerned with service as time goes by. The prescriptions called in by my physician were not filled the day I was supposed to begin taking them. I went back the next day at noon, and they still were not filled. She told me to come back around 3:30 or 4:00. I went back at 4:20, still not filled. She says it will be another half hour. We’ve been using this by pharmacy for 30 years, and have tried to be understanding and patient as their customer service sinks lower and lower. They never apologize or show any concern or desire to do better. I think it’s time to move our business elsewhere.

I never get notified when my prescription is ready,and when I go pick them up they never have all of them filled,the wait time in line is looong,I would recommend using another pharmacy is you can.also opening at 9 am is ridiculous, People need to get thier prescriptions before work sometimes.

I called get information about a prescription and have been stuck on hold 4 times now. When I tried to explain that I was already on hold. It was an 18 minute call. Definitely crappy service I will not be using them anymore.

If i could give them zero stars i would. It seems like there is always an issue. Rather it be meds not ready on time or when asking for multiple refills they miss several of the rxs. There hours just finally got longer they were closing at 4 like people with prescriptions didnt have jobs. I will be tranfering to walmart or walfreens either is a better option. ?

I used to love this pharmacy until today. I called to ask the pharmacist if I could take 2 different antibiotics at once for 2 different issues. I swear to God she said " yeah of course, whatever, I don't care what you take". I laughed and said wow I can't believe you said that, I was asking if it was safe. She said that's what I meant. Lost my business!! Wow!

The line is usually astronomical so I usually never have prescriptions filled here anymore. However a few times recently I've. Notice the line wasn't too bad and .over faster, so maybe they hired up some help. I hope so. I'm sure it's still a gamble but it would be awesome for everyone to not have lines out the door.

They’re never ready with meds. Cold customer service. They told me a prescription would be ready by 11 am and when I arrived at 11:35 with my family in the car ready to go on vacation they told me 30-45 minutes. I explained that my family was waiting in the car and that I had given them an additional 35 minutes they just shrugged and told me to have a seat. Terrible service, mean employees, there’s pharmacies everywhere, pick any other one.

Chronically understaffed. DO NOT TRY TO GET MEDICATION SAME DAY. It does not matter if your medication is life saving, you can wait up to 3 days to get them filled. When I call in to check the status on multiple occasions, they always say they're "understaffed". If you go in don't be surprised to see a line literally almost out the door. They need a new hiring manager. Fill your prescriptions elsewhere or prepare for difficulty every single time.

There are usually busy & the line can b 2 the food entrance doors. The staff is generally friendly as well as helpful. This is a busy store where many people shop. The line can seem like it's moving slowly. Then suddenly it moves quickly. So come with patients & understanding. The pharmacy is very busy filling scripts as quickly as they can.

Both tech and pharmacist cut short, they only want you in and out. Very rude and defensive when ask for instructions.

I understand that they are under staffed. However, picking up my blood pressure meds I was turned away before 5pm bc the line was long. I had gotten off work early as to pick them up before 5. I made it before 5.I switched my prescriptions over to safeway bc their pharmacy hours are open until 9pm.
