I get screwed over every month at medication pick up. That's at every fred meyer pharmacy I go to. They know they dont have to offer good customer service cause you have to buy what they have no matter what. This has been going on monthly for the last 11 months. You could be dying for your medications and they'd still push you out the door and shut the gate for lunch break, even when the mistakes are made on their end. They have zero sympathy or compassion for anyone's situation. They're all there for a pay check instead of helping sick/injured people and that shows. They all seem annoyed being there just waiting to punch out. Some jobs you can't act like that, this being one of them.

The pharmacy techs are rude and don't stick to code when it comes to appointments and walk ins. They are slow and cant even do their jobs efficiently.

I called ahead of time to make sure my prescriptions were ready but whomever the lady was that answered the phone put me on hold twice, overall I was on hold for over 20min this was Thursday 7/10/2025 about 11:30am. When I asked to speak to a supervisor they told me no one would be in until Sunday. đ¤

This Fred Meyer pharmacy is run poorly. I called ahead to ensure my prescriptions were ready. I went to the drive through window. The woman verified who I was. After 20 minutes she still hadnât found my prescriptions. She said she didât know where they are at. The only saving grace is the pharmacist filled them again right away and within 20 minutes total, I finally had my prescriptions. The prices were reasonable and I like that I didnât have to get out of my car. I may or may not go back, just because it is so convenient to get to from my home.

Transferring my Rx from Safeway yo FM - I called with my insurance company on a 3 way call. Spoke with someone and they promptly hung up on me before getting the pharmacist on the phone. Called back and the phatmacist assured me it would be transferred and taken care of in 48hrs. Went for pick uo 72hrs later and they did not have my Rx and nothing haf been done - I was livid as I had explained I was down to my last few doses. The person assisting the pharmacist jumped on it and had it taken care of in a little over an hour. I am certain with all the pharmacies that have closed they are horribly overworked. I am only one person, but if my experience is a representation on the general service, it is not great. I didn't want to move my Rx to FM, but insurance required that I use them and they did not convince me they provide quality care. Maybe refills will be better.

Waited in line to get prescription and they said 10 more minutes, never called us back up had to wait in long line again . 25 minutes later still no prescription. Unacceptable! Work on your system

The lady in the pharmacy with the red hair, please forgive me I forgot your name.. she was beyond amazing!! I had a horrible day long story short she made it amazing!! I work retail so I get how people can be frustrating, this young lady literally went above and beyond and made my night so much better!!

My father contracted the flu, was prescribed an antiviral medication due to his age (+70), called this pharmacy, they said they could fill the script, went there to pickup and they deny filling it because they are an hour from closing time and are âtoo busyâ. Pleaded with them and they didnât help him out. Poor communication and zero empathy for an older guy trying to mitigate the impact of flu.

They are so busy and under staffed that I can understand why waiting times get long.
It is still better than CVS.

Called to see if my rx for an inhaler was in. I can barely breathe and talk Iâm so sick. I asked for a second to catch my breath and the person I spoke to was so incredibly rude. I truly donât understand working at a pharmacy and have zero compassion for people needing help getting their medicine.

I have never had a good experience with this pharmacy in the 1.5+ years I have been trying to come here due to convenience. Most recently, I was told my prescription would be ready within an hour. When I returned, I was told it was canceled. In the past Iâve missed two weeks of a daily medication because of the pharmacyâs delays (I was told they were âbehindâ). The convenience of it being on my way home from work is completely gone due to the issues with the pharmacy.

Honestly they need more people working here, the window is never open which is incredibly inconvenient for those who canât easily get in and out of places.
I called to ask about the window being open and was spoken to by an exasperated woman who ended the call by hanging up on me herself without asking if there was anything else I had called about.
What is the point of a drive thru if itâs not even accessible, why be rude to someone for calling because they canât currently get out of their car and walk inside?
Absolutely ridiculous. Do better Fredmeyer, treat your employees better and figure out staffing. Itâs not fair to anyone on either side.
