I really like this place for quality and always use self checkout with no problem til today, the card reader froze up on me.The woman working self checkout was very rude to me like she was going out of her way to help me.Mind you,I said or did nothing to provoke this type of behavior. While bagging my stuff I can hear her saying "thank you, have a good day."I bagged waiting for mine, all I got was a cold, mean stare...not sure why.I will continue shopping here because I am happy with quality of products, not so much the customer service.

I'm home visiting my family for the holidays so we went to our local Freddy's to get simple dollar scratch-off tickets for stocking stuffers. We got home only to find out Mora at the Customer Service desk shorted BOTH of us. She was really, really struggling to count. Even though the $1 tickets come in sheets, instead of doing multiplication she counted 100 tickets individually. I got $2 tickets. She counted mine twice and STILL shorted me 3 tickets. Is this what we now expect from employees? To rip us off and probably pocket the extra money? Meanwhile, the hostile, little old lady in a motorized cart with the dog in front of us tried to return something from the Beaverton Freddy's without a receipt and later we saw her leaving the store without paying for anything in her cart and no one even attempted to stop her probably so she can try to return them for cash at the Beaverton Freddy's ad nauseum, ad infinitum. Freddy's, be better. Enforce shoplifting laws and don't hire fraudulent employees that can't count and steal from customers.

Like any other Fred meyer. Security is getting beefed up due to increased theft however. The online grocery service is seamless. Customer service is responsive and employees are willing to point you in the right direction when asked!

Second time they can't manage their click and collect. Placed an order only to be told after arriving that they won't fulfill the order due to staffing. Also told they won't switch off the service... Wasting people's time! Thanks

Hmmm, where to begin. Background, been coming to RHFM since I was 7 years old. It was a thing I did with my late mother – I was her favorite. So had a strange experience today. Went through the grocery check stand and the checker who waited on me assumed I was a senior (mind you I’m turning 51 this year) and scanned a few codes at the end which saved me a measly $2.71 . When I told her my age and she proceeds to try to reverse the senior discount. During the time she was trying to figure out how to reverse the charge I was making jokes like “do I really look like a senior” and “maybe I should’ve shaved this morning to make me look younger”. She wasn’t having any of the kidding around, which kind of pissed me off….like geeez lady, I bet you’re a boring one. At first she wanted to redo the whole order, a total inconvenience but I wasn’t having that. It was her screw-up! When she couldn’t figure out how to do the reversal and realized redoing the order would be a total hassle, she went to speak with the PIC and he said just let it go through but “next time”? Next time what? Like, ask the customer if they are a senior? Some folks might take offense to that, ya know. Any who, she rang up some bogus charge on the receipt to make up for the $2.71 and tbh I felt ripped. It’s not the fact I was charged back for the senior discount (could care less as I can afford it) but the whole time she wasn’t very friendly, a bit off-putting like she was being short with me because she’s the one that screwed up. At this point, I’m a little unsure how I feel about the whole interaction, it’s really not a biggy but you know it’s about customer service and just the simple fact with today’s prices and I had to bag my own groceries she turned a nice transaction into something a bit awkward. I’m looking forward to my next grocery shopping and hopefully a certain someone will wait on me as she will probably give me the senior discount to make up for what went down today.

Nice layout. Friendly service. Potential to bump into local news crews. Sweet Starbucks on location and variety of food and shops within this block

It was great! Everybody there was so nice and helpful. Even though I came in towards closing they didn't rush me out like some stores do.

First time at this Fred Meyer. Staff was friendly. They had everything I needed except fresh herbs (thyme, oregano, and dill). Overall it’s similar to the Fred’s I typically shop at except the layout was flipped.

Unfortunately, "Fred Meyer" is really not Fred Meyer's! It's Kroger, a Mid-West owned/operated giant food chain. Although most people really do not care about this point, for some though, it matters. The Burlingame store, being the first Fred's is just another grocery store.

I received my very small dog after a veterinary visit, and they had difficulty walking due to the extreme heat at around 2 PM. I had to go to the pharmacy to get medicine and buy groceries for my sick spouse. However, I couldn't leave my dog in the car, so I placed them in the cart with some bedding and quickly completed my shopping. While waiting in line for about 20 minutes, a man named Kevein, who seemed relatively older, insulted me in front of everyone, asking why I had a dog in the cart. Despite my explanations, he continued to be rude, leaving me feeling very upset. As a result, I had to leave my purchases at the counter because I had my dog with me. I hope to encounter more understanding and respectful people in the future.

Raleigh Hills, Fred Meyer’s customer service has gone downhill. I don’t know why but I normally do all my grocery shopping here. I spent at least 2k a month at this store. I recently bought a $40 tri tip roast and cut off a pound of fat on the roast. A little bit of fat is fine but this was ridiculous. The more I thought about it I took it back to try to get some $ back and to buy another trip tip. They decided not to take my word and not help me at all. That’s fine. Everything there is over priced anyway. I won’t be going back there to do my shopping anymore. I’ve had it with these guys. I won’t be filling my prescriptions there either. I haven’t been using Fred Meyer pharmacy for sometime now anyway for this reason. That’s it’s a whole different story. That’s to bad Fred Meyer. Get it together. Peace out Boi Scouts ! ??Update! Took the tri tip roast back to Beaverton Town Square Fred Meyer. They were happy to take it back. Also , They had two tri tip roasts for $35 dollars. No fat at all on it. Raleigh Hills Fred Meyer is horrible. Drive another 1/2 mile and go to town square. You’ll save money and a head ache
