Prices going up, quality going down, got rid of the bulk section, roof leak in front of the pharmacy from an electrical fixture. HEALTH AND SAFETY HAZARD, CITY INSPECTOR NEEDS TO ADDRESS AND CITE.Update: waited in line for 45 minutes to pick up a prescription that was called in 4 days ago and it hadn’t been looked at yet. Last prescription I get filled here.Update months later: well the leak is not only still there but has gotten worse. It looks like it’s dripping on merchandise. I decided to give the pharmacy another try. Big mistake. They had one of my prescriptions filled but not the other. They were rude about being backed up, and told me to go shop while it was filled (I wasn’t there to shop, this seems like a skeezy method to try and drive sales). I asked for the one that was ready and for the contact information for the pharmacy manager and suddenly both of my prescriptions were able to appear. The prior prescription they dragged their feet more than 4 days on was a skin cancer medication, so yeah, I don’t feel like they have their customers best interest in mind. Unethical business practices. Borderline unethical medical practices. Not shopping at any grocery store owned by this conglomerate (looking at you Albertson’s and QFC).

The nicest Freddy's in town!! Employees are pleasant and helpful, security isn't aggressive about receipt checks, and the deli section is clean and organized. Very appetizing! ??

Fred Meyer has always been convenient, a One-Stop shop as promised by good ol fred. I think he'd be proud. However, the Fred Meyer at interstate and especially Broadway ,having extremely rude! EMPOYEES. Whatever happened to being pleasant to your customers? POLITENESS . NOT! shoving them out the door at closing. And NOT! Making them feel un- important or a bother...Because it is however.. ,how you! make YOUR money. THE PUBLIC. Let's not forget shall we!. Whatever the issue the customer brings in front of you, no matter how rude they are to you ,you are to be pleasant, helpfully and make them feel important and that they're always right. And if you cannot resolve the issue, escalate it appropriately, to the next level. Thankyou for taking the time to read this.Sincerely,Mrs.Brenda Davis

The security presence is next level, more than even a bank. I feel afraid to look the wrong way or move the wrong way lest one of the fifty security guards roaming the store or guarding the exits will jump on me. I mean, seriously? I even found a cop car from Washington patrolling the parking lot with the lights on and I don't even know what that's about. I'm not sure if the guards have weapons or not, I'm too afraid to make eye contact. I bought something out of fear of being jumped while walking out of the store if I didn't, I don't want to be accused of theft just cause I don't want anything, or more to the point I feel incredibly unsafe with (armed?) gangs roaming around the store. The parking lot is full of cameras too with police lights. And oh yeah, prices are ridiculous anyways, I guess that's cause they need to pay the gang members roaming around the store. Never felt less safe shopping

It is super unclear if this is a grocery store or an improvised prison. You can tell FM is owned by Kroger because they'd rather install gates throughout the store, raise signage about how you cannot leave without a receipt, and hire armed guards than pay actual humans to check you out. Just a reminder that it's corporate greed, not theft, driving prices up :)

Prices are better than the nearby New Seasons grocery store. However, they treat their customers like criminals with tons of security hovering over your while you're forced to use self checkout because they won't hire enough cashiers. Here's an idea: get rid of some of your security and hire more cashiers.
