Free People, a popular clothing retailer, offers a mixed bag of experiences for its customers. While some customers praise the store's friendly staff and the quality of their products, others express frustration with long lines, poor sizing selection, and subpar customer service. The reviews highlight the store's strengths and weaknesses. Customers appreciate the cute and well-made clothing, with some mentioning the decent pricing. However, the company's focus on customer satisfaction seems to be lacking, as evidenced by complaints about understaffing and a lack of attention to customer needs. Despite these challenges, the store remains a popular destination for those seeking fashionable and affordable apparel. The positive experiences shared by customers suggest that the staff is capable of providing excellent service when given the opportunity, with one employee in particular going above and beyond to help a customer in need. Overall, Free People presents a complex picture, with both positive and negative aspects to its customer experience. The store's ability to consistently deliver high-quality products and exceptional service will likely determine its long-term success.
Absolute amazing service by the staff! I have zero complaints as I understand downtown Portland can be a tricky place to be! I believe the energy and vibes were perfect. I ended up walking out with multiple items and was very satisfied with the service presented.

Super long lines, under staffed, poor sizing selection. For a company that charges $98 for a torn T-shirt, they could be doing so much better. Customer service seems to be lowest on their priorities list.

Everyone was so nice! Came here twice in the last few days. Would come again! But for reference: I am white, tall and skinny!
