Never use this company for anything. It is not reliable and from appearances not doing well. Made an appointment for first available date for wash plus. Arrived 5 minutes early and one person was in the garage sweeping which was, empty but for one car sort of half parked in the 8 car facility. No one else was there working, no one waiting and no other cars. Waited several minutes, even though the young fellow sweeping saw me. He finally came into the office acting like what I am doing there. Told him I had an appointment, time and all detail, which I had to repeat more than once, because he was not tracking. He said nothing was scheduled for me. He called someone in from someplace out of sight and not working in the garage, who said the same thing. Nothing scheduled. Asked if they could do the 1 to 1.5 hour job as previously promised while I wait, because I am a solo person traveling. He said they were busy but could squeeze me in and I could get the car in 5 hours. Unbelievable that it would take 5 hours and unbelievable that they were busy. No one there, nothing in the garage, but the one car sort of and no one working. What a terrible imposition and what a terrible way to handle their botched appointment.

I'll preface this and say that my car was exceptionally dirty and I understand the fact that the shop was understaffed the day I went. The employee was great, he was incredibly apologetic and cut me a deal on the service. However, I dropped my car off at 9 in the morning and wasn't able to pickup until close to 5:30, despite having an appointment. I was initially told pickup would be between 12 and 1. I was later told they weren't able to get my service started until around 3:30. Most of the interior is good, and I don't doubt the hard work of the lone employee who had to scramble to finish before close. However, it is easy to tell that certain parts were rushed and overlooked; the top of my dashboard wasn't even dusted.
Again, I understand this is probably not the normal experience for customers. That being said, for over $250 and an 8 hour time commitment, I would have a difficulty recommending this place.

Excellent car detailing service. Had the basic wash with Carson who did a fantastic job on our Ford Bronco Sport. Very personable and customer oriented.

My truck looks amazing, inside and out. Ramon's attention to detail has made the whole truck pop. Also, I appreciate his follow-up communication on when the truck would be ready, and he gave me tips on how to maintain the finish and extend the luster. I highly recommend Gallagher.

Brought in my car for an interior detail and while it was cleaner than before I wasn't impressed. The guy running the place couldn't have been nicer and provided a minor discount after I pointed several issues out, the kid he had cleaning it didn't do the minimum. Kid even argued about it while I could clearly point the dirt in his face. 3 windows weren't cleaned. Clean under one seat and dirty under the other. Nooks & crannies as well as anything that couldn't be viewed at a glance was dirty. I asked for the floor (plastic) to be cleaned. They said it would take too many tries (time) to do it and yet when I got home, all I did was a simple cleaning solution and a brush. Had it looking like new in 15 minutes. While I appreciate that they remedied what I saw while there, I found several other issues when I got home.I've received better interior detailing at washman for $70 that included a wash and a hand polish.

I'm very satisfied with their service and communication.I requested a Leather Cleaning and they did a great job on my leather/suede/alcantara seats and door panels, which had some stubborn stains on them (see the pictures are the before and after).Everything was done very quickly in one working day, and they communicated very clearly. I will definitely come here again! Thank you!

The quality of service has rapidly gone downhill since they moved locations. I have two cars I bring in. The past three times, there were huge oversights in the work done.

This place has gone downhill since all of the high-quality staff left. I've been getting washes done by the owner (not by request) and they're just not nearly as good as those done by the guys that used to take care of me the last 3 years. Details frequently missed; for example, I brought in a brand new car yesterday for its first wash and got back an 80% vacuumed driver's side floormat, streaky and water-spotted windows, and an almost-complete dry job with water pooled up in areas like the top of the rear bumper. That would've all been somewhat tolerable if not for being up-charged for pointing out prior to the wash to make sure to get to the inner sides of the windows. Apparently, the regular in-and-out wash doesn't include wiping down windows. Sir, you charged me extra for the windows; they should be perfect. I brought up all of these issues and he took care of them to the best of his abilities. There were still issues, but I just decided to let it go as I'd already mentally decided to fire myself as a customer on his behalf. If it were just one time, I wouldn't be writing this. Ever since he lost his best guys, I've been dealing with B- work, unexpected up-charges announced only after work is done, and mild passive-aggressiveness any time I express a desire to have my cars worked on by other people. I think most people will be satisfied with Gallagher's. Unfortunately, I'm an enthusiast, I love my cars, I enjoy looking at them, and this place isn't quite for someone like me anymore. I no longer want to feel awkward for wanting to watch my car get washed for fun or feel judged for being surprised by a larger than expected bill. Scott, you're free; I'm finally taking my business elsewhere.

I came to make an interior cleaning due to a car broken window. I did an appointment on Monday and they gave it to me for Wednesday the same week. They did a good job.

I know the importance of getting a car detailed and have done so for years. I decided to try Gallagher Auto Spa, and I couldn't be more pleased!! I have a 2019 Toyota Highlander, and I haul my dogs around and use weather tech guards in the car for them. The car gets pretty dirty from the doggies and general use, even with the safeguards. My car looks brand new! It looks like I just drove it out of the showroom! It actually sparkles. I highly recommend this shop without any hesitation. I will probably take it there for a wash and wax in between a full body detail, which I do each summer. My car looks gorgeous! I am extremely pleased.

I've been going to Gallagher since 2017 at their Sandy Blvd location. I recently had a very poor customer service experience here, and won't be going back.I arrived and was told they weren't taking any more cars for the day. The crew member gave me lots of attitude and sarcasm when I asked him to check the schedule, which would have resolved the issue.In the end I figured out I had the wrong appointment time on my own, which was my bad.But let's be clear, he had no interest in taking my information, looking up my appointment, or trying to resolve the situation.I could have handled the situation better, but you can also be certain this crew member was not polite, did not apologize, and in the end said he didn't care whether I remained a customer or not.Now this guy was obviously not Scott the owner, who seems like a stand up guy - but I'm clarifying my review here.Scott if your employee told you he tried to courteously help me out, resolve the situation and apologize, he is lying to you unfortunately.

Don't waste your money, or be a fool. This is almost a scam operation. Literally a guy with a couple teenagers and a hose, operating out of a rundown building by the tracks. Don't let the advertising online or the pricing fool you...the $325 interior detail with smoke treatment and additional $30 wash were both inadequate for even a home job. The exterior had swaths of dirty patches. The interior was a hit and miss job with some armor-all and nowhere near detailed. Complete surfaces missed and some gummy black sticky blob in my carpet. Which they did get out after I noticed it but still... This is not the place to go for any reason at all. Oh and did I mention...that was the care taken with my Porsche Boxster,!? I can only imagine how lazy/careless they are in other situations...

Been there a few times for the "basic" wash which is anything g but basic. They are incredibly thorough and take their time and my car looks gorgeous afterward. I won't go anywhere else!
