Honestly pretty uninformed staff when it comes to games. The people who work here clearly hate their jobs, which I get. But not knowing if certain titles, especially ones that have seen moderate success, got physical releases shows that they don't care enough to learn or retain such information. Its a shame because otherwise the customer service here isn't so bad. Just your typical gamestop where they upsell stuff you don't need and don't offer much for trade ins.
1 extra star for making getting a Switch 2 very easy for the midnight release.

Good people but high prices and they don't offer much when you want to sell games back to them. But they do have nice, knowledgeable, and willing to help employees.

I had a phenomenal experience with Isabella! Went in to purchase a game console for our daughter's birthday, and I had the absolute best experience, not only was she actually knowledgeable, she was also honest and kind. It's hard to find good customer service these days and she definitely delivered fantastic customer service. The store is clean and well organized I recommend this location for your gaming needs.

It’s nice to have a location that’s just a mile away from my house, Sam is great to work with, easy to talk to and is extremely tech savvy. I also appreciate that this is a safe space.
It is important to acknowledge that employees are still human beings.

Wish I didn’t have to leave any stars the woman at the front was horrible and they gave away my Xbox to someone else but still charged me for it nicer doing o line orders again clearly they don’t know how to check id or confirm any information and now I am SOL

I had another issue at another game stop location across town and called this location (long story) and got in touch with Sam, the store manager. Not only did Sam listen to my issue, he helped me out by taking my issue seriously and getting the right person contacted to address the situation. When I got a dead end response from corporate email, I don't think I would've had resolution without Sam helping me. He said they care a lot about return customers at this location & I have to believe that's true based on my experience. Will gladly shop this location when in the area. GameStop would greatly benefit from more store managers like this!
