Few companies hate their customers as much as corporate gamestop. $11 shipping on $70 games, covertly changing membership benefits after purchase, 2 week wait for help via outsourced email customer service, etc. I'll never shop here again.

This is my home game stop. I love the employees, Jesse is probably the best, she always tells me the deals and promos, but is really relaxed about it and not over pushy.They all know the games they sell, can give really good recommendations and have a nice stock of used games. It’s a quieter game stop, which is why I go here!!

Five stars to the staff person who was working there today-- they were knowledgable, friendly, helpful and doing an amazing job under a lot of pressure.I wish I could give zero stars to the GameStop company policy on its changes to the Pro membership and its staffing model.

Shout out to Kosei for exceptional customer service.I had to kill 45 minutes, and Kosei treated me like a priority the entire time. In addition to doing his daily responsibilities, he answered all my questions, suggested products, and was just genuinely engaging on shared interests.Even though I only bought one thing, Kosei took the time out and demonstrated some next level service. I know that other locations are bigger and have more products, but you can't put a price on having people in the shop that are just fun and easy to talk to.I'll definitely be back

Guess they don’t have enough staff to cover someone’s lunch? Really? Was walking up to sell some stuff and out comes the manager pulling down the metal door and posting a sign, left at 3:15 be back in 30 minutes, I understand needing a lunch break but seriously couldn’t schedule someone else at the same time to cover it?

They gave me a broken game, came back the next day and they told me they couldn't replace it because I misplaced my receipt so they just flat out stole my money. Don't trust this awful company. So happy they're going out of business.
