My car was deemed a total loss, but it doesn't excuse the condition my car was returned to me (I hadn't decided if I was going to buy it back or not from the insurance company): Driver's door jam had duct tape, not painter's tape or masking tape, but actual duck tape wrapped from the B-pillar (outside the car) inside the door jam and around the plastic interior trim, likely to protect the surface or prevent the striker from slamming into the painted surface. The car was returned to me with the duct tape still stuck to the car and when it was removed, there was plenty of tape adhesive stuck to the interior. Someone drank a small carton of chocolate milk and jammed the empty carton under my passenger seat. Black, greasy hand and fingerprint marks on some tan plastic interior panels from removing/reinstalling them and not wiping them clean. Inside of my car smelled like cigarette smoke. Almost positive I saw an employee smoking inside the garage when I dropped the car off, which wouldn't be a problem if they could do it without making the cars stink.

Did bodywork for my 69 yr old mom. They didnt properly secure tire splash shield and it came off on hwy 26 the first time she drove after the repairs. The body shop refused to fix it for her. I wouldn't go here. I'd go somewhere bigger that guarantees their work.
