Jeff M was the agent who first evaluated my auto’s damage and kept me informed thru the entire repair episode. Jeff was friendly, knowledgeable and professional in his dealing with us. If I need auto body work in the future I will be sure to come back to Gerber. Thanks Jeff!

Missed appointment by 8 minutes due to traffic. Front desk person went to estimator, who looked at me, and told her to reschedule me he was going out for his smoke break. Nice. (I didn't reschedule, i went elsewhere)

I was disappointed by their responsibility. I booked car repairing 3 weeks ago. But it is suddenly cancelled on pick up day. I wasted 3 weeks by their poor service. And my friend told me that he had another problem with them.
I cannot recommend for you…

Such a great experience at Gerber Collision & Glass in this location! Jennifer, Noah, and the manager were all helpful, patient, and professional. So glad we asked their help to fix our car. Communication was great, and repair is excellent! Highly recommended!

Very disappointed on how they handled the pick up. I was given an hour notice on a Friday afternoon to go pick up my car that had been in the shop for repair for almost 1 month. I wasn't offered any rides or pick up options and had to Uber myself to the shop. When I requested $25 reimbursement for my ride it was denied. Keep in mind that they charged almost $6k for my repair. This is a poor customer service experience.

Avoid these guys at all costs if you are getting an estimate!My car got hit by someone in a parking lot. Prior to the accident, I had ZERO alignment issues. Immediately after the accident, I had to hold my steering wheel at a sharp angle to stay on the road. The other person's insurance sent me here for an estimate. A young man came out to start the estimate and agreed that the dent on my rear hatch was from the wreck. He also agreed that the fact that my rear hatch was now crooked was from the wreck. However, when I told him that I also now have severe alignment issues, he denied that that was possible. I pointed out that I had no alignment issues prior to the wreck and had significant alignment issues immediately following. He reiterated that that was not possible. I then asked him if he was implying it was just a coincidence that my alignment issues started the moment someone backed into me. He just shrugged and said it wasn’t possible that the wreck caused it. I went back and forth with him several times, trying my best to make it clear this this issue started the moment I got backed into. He either did not care or was too stubborn to back down. Unwilling to have my estimate done by a company that was denying damage right off the bat, I informed him that I would just take my Rav somewhere else for the estimate. He then insisted that he take photos of my car. When I told him not to bother, he seemed very put out.I then let the other driver's insuranc company know what happened. They agreed that it was not some random coincidence that my car suddenly fell out of alignment the same moment I got hit, and sent me instead to International Collision Repair on Burnside. Those guys took one look at my car, and said the alignment would be covered. I didn't have to agrue with them, or even tell them what Gerber said.I don’t know what Gerber’s game is here. Was the individual I spoke to just incompetent and inexperienced? Or does Gerber have some other motivation to deny that damage was caused by the wreck? Either way, it doesn’t matter. I’ll not be going back to this shop. And I strongly suggest everyone else avoid them as well, at least if they want to get damage covered.

They did an amazing job repairing my mother's car after someone broke in to it by smashing a window! Everything works great, no signs of damage left over, no broken glass left inside anywhere, didn't take a crazy length of time, and friendly service from their entire team! Thank you! (First time in my life I've ever been happy to pay an insurance deductible! ?)

Gerber has no customer service skills, and is very disorganized. I worked with my estimator, Edward, and manager, Luis. Several times, Edward was no where to be found when I showed for an appointment. Neither person was able to return a phone call, and I would always have to call for updates. In person, they would get confused about which car I was there for. I picked up my car with a missing part due to being on backorder, and received no communication from Edward or Luis on the status. Very disappointed with the lack of organization and communication. I would highly recommend working with a different shop who will value your business.

This is the best repair shop I've ever visited! Their work is incredible and the customer service was so personal and warm. When paying I had an issue with my insurance and they were so patient and helpful with assisting me in resolving the issue. I would absolutely recommend this shop to a friend!

They did a great job on my Honda CRV. The pics are evident proof. They were able to accommodate my car within a week, kept me updated on the progress and the car was fixed and made available almost a week earlier than promised.The estimates changed along the way but they were able to work with the insurance directly on the increased estimate. I would have appreciated some information on what changed for the estimate to increase. But apart from that, no complaints. The car was also cleaned and vacuumed prior to delivery

The staff at the Science Park location have been so kind as my family deals with our sister’s loss while her car was being repaired. They have kept in touch with status updates, are storing the car until we can get there to pick it up. They have bent over backwards to make things simple. Cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you all!
