I was shocked and disgusted at the ridiculous prices at a good will. It doesnt matter what brand or what item, it's clothing and half broken old electronics from the brick or Matt, which is the line of items dumped off at good will not washed or cleaned. They don't even check to see if there stuff works. $70 for a well worn Tommy Bahama shirt you can get brand new everywhere. Rude to the extreme as I was followed around like some theif waiting to take something. Stains on jackets selling at the price of a new one. I know because I worked at and researched the whole industry. The discrimination I was subjected to was absolutely Not OK nor legal. All simply because of my face that I was born with. I was and am appalled at the behavior in a store that sells thrown away clothes period. I would never tell anyone to deal with that kind of treatment.

I walked into Goodwill Industries of the Columbia Willamette thinking it was a normal Goodwill, but I was totally wrong. This is more like a Goodwill boutique. It's filled with high-end items marked at reasonable prices because they are used and vintage. They have plenty of different brands that you know and love; be prepared to spend some money if you decide to come here. They do have security at the door because most of their items are priced in the three digits ($$$).

I couldn’t believe this was a Goodwill even after entering the store. I’m consistently impressed by this Goodwill store! It offers a fantastic selection of gently used items at incredible prices. The store is always well-organized, making it easy to navigate and find hidden gems—whether it’s clothing, accessories, home decor, or even books and furniture. The quality of the merchandise is surprisingly high, and you can often find brand-name items at a fraction of the cost. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and attentive, adding to the overall positive shopping experience. Shopping here feels like a treasure hunt, and every visit is rewarding. It’s a great place to support a good cause while scoring amazing deals. Highly recommend!

What a find! I found well-cared for designer & brand finds at good prices. I came home with a leather bag, a leather wallet and an embroidered shawl. I’ll be back ❤️
I shop other Goodwill locations for great finds at lower prices. I love that they are getting the best revenue possible to support their mission.

This was the nicest goodwill location I have been to be far and in multiple ways I am still smiling standing outside after purchasing some very cute gloves and leggings. The store is not only very clean and organized by every hanger size label matches everything on it to what they are and possibly even organized by color as well. Not only was I greated nicely in a real sincere way but I was also helped again in a real just wanting to be helpful way by this amazing employee Arthur. He deserves a raise! I explain the realness because it's portland and I road my bike here last minute so I came in this fancy store with a backpack asking if I should leave it up front and of course not the lady said. Seriously this store deserves to be recognized for its outstanding customer service!
SERIOUSLY GIVE ARTHUR A RAISE!!

After walking five blocks here, they said they don’t accept donations at this location. What kind of ridiculous place has that kind of policy? The guy said this was only for high-end merchandise? You gotta be kidding me. There wasn’t anything high-end in that store. Avoid this tacky place.

The clothes and other items were so expensive. Nothing under $40 you could better deals at regular clothing store if you shop the sale rack. This was not worth the drive. One nice thing the employee working was very nice and welcoming

DO NOT DONATE HERE. These people are making money hand over fist. There is no "goodwill" here. The prices are OUTRAGEOUS. They should be ashamed of themselves.
