There's a comment here about "homeless hanging around waiting for items before it goes to the public store" etc. Goodwill is founded on helping these exact homeless people that the said individual thought was a "bad impression". I imagine that these homeless folks don't mean to give a "bad impression" while they're fighting for their lives literally and/or metaphorically due to challenges that we know absolutely nothing about. There was a Mayor in another state that dressed up as a homeless person to see how their city treated them and, almost needless to say, was disheartened at best. There are other Mayor's, Officials etc. in other states that do the same thing so you actually never know who's who, although it really shouldn't matter bc we need to remember humanity and compassion first and foremost, in addition to remembering to be grateful for the things and lives we have bc much of the homeless folks (God bless them!) used to live "normal" lives like the rest of us and to also remember that kindness truly is the highest form of intelligence.

Never answers the phone!!! And is closed at random times, when they say they will be open online and postage at the drop-site.

The experience was definitely similar to the other review here, which was unfriendly service. They were attentive, but neither one of the people spoke to me when I spoke to them or smiled. I find that very odd.

This drop-off spot is quiet and efficient. The staff didn't say "hi" or "thank you" of "bye" or anything civil like that BUT at least I didn't get yelled at as seems to be the usual Goodwill expression of gratitude for free stuff.

I'm disappointed in Goodwill. You guys are ripping people off of their valuables. They could sell their items for way less like a thrift store. I rather get brand new stuff at Ross.

They make it so easy. You just drive thru, they come out to your car and unload it, give you a receipt and you’re done in minutes!! Love this convenience and they’re generally nice people.
