Buyer beware!! They're selling Dr. Scholl's gel insoles for $12.99, which is MORE THAN the price new at a pharmacy or supermarket!! DISGUSTING Goodwill! Disgusting. Shame on you for taking advantage of people who are forced to thrift shop out of necessity. SHAME ON YOU!!

This store won't let you try things on in the fitting rooms and when you make a purchase they tell you they only do store credit for returns if you decide to return it.

No fitting rooms and their return policy is for in store credit only. So you can't try on jeans in the store and you can't try them on at home and return them if they don't fit. This is a terrible policy that hurts low income customers. Do better!

The Goodwill on 52nd is the closest to my home so I shop and donate there frequently. It is smaller than other stores in the area, but generally has a nice selection - I rarely leave empty handed.
Recently I accidentally donated a bag of clothing that had a shawl and throw-blanket I meant to keep. Fortunately, I dropped off the bag on Sunday and realized my mistake before they opened Monday. Tammy, a manager was very helpful. She asked me for detailed descriptions then had employees who sort the clothing look through the bin and find the items for me. They found the items right away and set them aside for me to pick up during my lunch. I really appreciate that Tammy returned my call right when the store opened and that she called me right away when they found the items I mistakenly donated.
I will definitely continue shopping and donating at this location.

Went in there today with my partner and two kids-one being in a stroller. The African American security guard stood and stared at us while we shopped around clothes in a passive aggressive way and semi followed us like we were stealing… we have and always are paying customers so it feels very discriminatory. I was talking to my child and asked her a question to which he was suddenly right next to me and said-what? To me. Trying to insert himself into my conversation. I was not talking to him but he and another employee were talking about politics and it made the whole situation VERY uncomfortable. I will most likely never be going back to this location ever again. Please treat your customers with respect.

When you order stuff from this Goodwill online they take forever to ship your stuff. You could have paid for your stuff the same day as and they still will take over a week to ship your stuff out.

We were looking for Halloween costumes and were followed the entire time. It was uncomfortable and not the experience we have had with other goodwills. A little sad.

They Do Not have unhelpful staff on this location. When I called other goodwill stores, my queries were answered. The same queries here was passed on to 3 people, the third being Tiffany, a supervisor, who still could not handle a basic question on inventory. So you will have to go there and waste gas money and time. Why are the staff there if they can not confirm if they have a size 10 men's work boots? What are they doing all day?

Their fitting rooms are permanently closed, and if you want to return anything you can only get store credit, which is only good at the same store for 14 days. This Goodwill is a slap to the throat of all that is decent.
