Horrible customer service. Manager is beyond useless. Avoid this place unless you want to be treated like the garbage they sell. If 5 customers break a rule at same time...apparently it's no longer a rule... good luck figuring this place out. Management SUCKS.

Greg the manager is absolutely outstanding employee there! I can’t believe the customer service he provided for me while shopping there. Had a small issue with a return and not only was he informative but processed my return with such care and grace all the mean while keeping the location safe and reminding some questionable customers the correct procedures. Not only is he very kind but multitasks like a badass! Thank you Greg for all your help!!!!!!!

I found an item that I paid for right away but couldn't fit it in my car. I asked to hold it for me until my husband gets back in town in four days. Lady supervisor said we usually hold items for 48 hours but we will make exceptions...
When I came to pick up my furniture, they couldn't find it. Someone put it out back on the sales floor and they sold it. That's what i have been told by the same supervisor who assisted me before and saw me paying for it.
How do you put something back for sale when someone already paid for it? Horrible communication in my opinion.
Couldn't give my money back or store credit. I had to purchase something which I was not in a good mood after this experience.

Use to Love going here when it first opened up but now for some reason people are harassing each other for carts cause there isn't enough along with some of the staff we're just so blunt and rude about people needing assistance or asking questions about prices on furniture.
I just couldn't believe the way they treated customers and even the way some of the customers behaved.
I honestly recommend going to the one in Milwaukee been going there since I was a child and they have always been so friendly

Staff isn't even fair, management worse. Greedy, selfish folks; pushy and dishonest. Is this where we want to be?

Very unorganized. If you’re just wanting to look through things, regardless of organization, this is probably the place for you. However if you prefer organization, and places where you can find things easily, this is not the place for you!!

Horrible experience I'll never go back . cashier was wonderful but the lady hovering telling people how ta line was rude as heck.so I gave her the glass wear told her have a wonderful day and ta put the items back She needs to stay in back .

I bought 3 pieces of furniture from here and I couldn't pick my items up bc they already closed the pick up area while I was paying for them. Unfortunately I had a major family emergency happen the next day so I was unable to pick up. I called 2 days later to see if they were still being held and I was told that one item that was the cheaper of the 3 was still being held but the other 2 items were placed back on floor to sale again. I was than informed that I was not getting a refund or even an instore credit for the items that were put back. I tried to explain everything and was still told no merchandise, no refund and no instore credit. I'm sorry but this is not ok nor right. I would have picked up that night but couldn't bc of them closing while customers were still in line. And I surely wasn't thinking clearly the next day to call them,so I did the next best thing and called 2 days after purchase. I personally think there should be something they could have done. Maybe take 2 minutes and just go grab them and put on hold again and place with the item they were still holding, simple!! So Goodwill just gets to keep free money and product, that's wrong. Shame on Goidwill, maybe make an exception bc things do happen out of people's control. I will never shop again at a Goodwill

idk what all the reviews about rude staff are about , i legit had one of the best customer service experiences of my life at the check out . super friendly and open and genuine. place was packed on a sunday and kinda smelled bad but overall super cheap and awesome finds here and there ! bring gloves !
