I've never been insulted in my life. I had a employee take a item OUT OF MY HANDS, and inform that that they CANNOT sell "certain items" due to "information on them". If that is the case then DO YOUR JOB and CHECK THE JUNK you push out in carts and try to SELL to people. Instead of TAKING THEM OUT OF CUSTOMERS HANDS. Seriously I believe this woman wanted the item herself and claimed her authority to take it from me. These people are jokes and honestly as times get harder these "employees" take advantage of their placement over customers.

You can find lots of good things here. But you can also find lots of trash and sharp objects. Always I repeat always bring gloves I’ve found a bunch of loose razor blades in the bins before.

Place can get pretty intense when new bins come in, but that is part of the fun. Found some nice camera equipment and some random, quirky stuff too!Fun to go just for the experience! Definitely worth a visit. Just bring gloves though as some of the stuff can be pretty gross.

Half way through shopping I was in need of a restroom and discovered the restroom was closed. Some of us have medical needs with urgency. Left my items in the cart and left the store. Would have been glad to stay so I wouldn't have wasted time shopping there at all. Take care of your customers' bathroom needs while they are shopping in your store. Super simple BASIC customer service. Unfortunately won't be able to shop there until they do. Literally can't.

Overall, the bins are pretty good. You can find a lot of nice things. It is kind of what you expect There were some used underwear however and a wet shirt. I feel like looking through the products more before putting them in the bins would help. Nobody wants to see stained underwear while shopping.

Everything you buy is in bins with exception of furniture and bikes. You never know what you will find. You want to go there when you have time on your hands.

No shopping carts in the store. Makes it difficult for disabled to search all over parking lot for an empty cart. Pleasant customer service cashier.

They took the book bins right from under my mom's hands, almost took her hand off with the book bin. I did not like that at all, my mother is 77 years old and didn't understand why she couldn't get a book and look in those bins. Never seen anything write like this store.

Very busy, open ben style of same type (shoes, all clothing, books, etc) had a great time! Side note for when I go again, bring gloves.

So I will say this place is clean, MOST of the employees are nice, but there's a few that need to go back to training. I couldn't read her name tag, seemed like it was not readable for a reason but she wears a skull on her face mask IS RUDE! I had a minor question, she was charging me full price for kids books and I corrected her. She slammed the products back into the cart, pushed my cart to another line and told the other employee to deal with me. There's was another time, I wish I got his name, I showed up 20 min before 7 to look for a book case. I walked in, looked, there was nothing and I was about to turn and leave when he comes striding up saying we're closed. I corrected him saying you close at 7. He replied with I don't care, we're closed. I didn't move and just stared at him and he asked what I was going to do. I'm done with this place.

It was fun walking around looking in all the bins.Great DVD choices , found some amazing albums. 5starsAwesome nice staff too.The girls upfront are super friendly.And the guys seemed super helpful.
