So expensive, for things they get for free? Imagine the profit margins.... certainly not going to the store clerks. Do better!

I usually come here in the day, but tonight i went by and there was a lot of personal belongings shoved or pushed along the wall, makes me wonder if out crisis is getting worse Nd allowing people to abandon or live on rhe property instead of creating a more stable housing environment with the donations? I hope that some pwople. COme by to clean the mess, but i know its hard to stay freezing putside and if anything else i hope that the person who donated pr fits a gift in their heart reaches out online via offerup and craigslist to families like me that are in need of certain items like blankets during this crisis. Happy new year and i pray lots of family and children are home safe warm and with fun games and toys books and cooking utencils that help them to be far from the sacrifice of what our community has been putting us through!

I donate to this location 2-3 times a month on average. They have a streamlined donation area, courteous staff, and they accept all kinds of items that the smaller charities do not. (Don’t forget your deduction receipt and keep a detailed list of your donations for tax purposes)

Very rude and inconsiderate staff. A lot of stuff is overpriced. Thanks again for not letting me use the restroom. Next time I have stuff to donate I'll take it somewhere else.

This is getting ridiculous that you are not able to try anything on. The prices have gotten out of hand. This is all donated product. You use to be able to get a decent outfit for a good price. Now i can't hardly afford to buy a shirt. And again I can't even try it on to see if it will fit. You can't even return it if you do buy it and take it home to try on. What happened to the Goodwill that helped people out.

Ridiculous prices even on stained babies’s clothes. Not to mention they closed their restrooms forever and just put a note on the doors about “ we are sorry for the inconvenience” trying to make us believe the restrooms are closed just for a few hours or a day. I’m definitely not donating there anymore.

Sorry It's been about 2 years since I've been into this good Will ... but the prices on this stuff was outrageous. Put it this way. I went to Ross and bought the same sweater brand new for cheaper. Literally, 12.99 they wanted for a used sweater. Went to Ross and paid 8.99 for that same sweater. Just different color. Prices need to be Reduced, this is used stuff you're selling ..you're supposed to be helping people. Staff was over worked not friendly just not wat I remember

Shout out to Greg the manager. I needed assistance with a refund. What a helpful guy who provides great customer service! And friendly, too. I can't thank him enough for going the extra mile. Sue..

Fitting rooms are closed because of the homeless people they had issues with - so they are incapable of having one person dedicated to managing fitting rooms like the rest of the world does to prevent theft. Not a single full size mirror anywhere in the store - just 2 cut-off mirrors where you have to bend to even see yourself. No normal refund policy - they do in-store credit only, so basically no ability to try anything and no ability to get your money back if you get something that doesn't fit cause you were unable to try it on in the store. Absolutely garbage customer policies all around.

I liked this place and their mission UNTIL they removed the ability to try anything on AND don’t allow returns or exchanges. They explained to me why that is a risk for them, but cannot get behind purchasing anything that I can’t try on and can’t return if it doesn’t fit. It creates a waste of money and now I have a thing I just re-donate? Such a bummer. Really liked this store.

I do not recommend using their parking lot. The parking spaces are so narrow that door dings are guaranteed. The layout is typical of Goodwill. However, this stores merchandising standards are much lower than other Goodwill’s. Clothes and apparel strung all over the place on the ground falling off the hangers. Mismatch shoes, as if they were just dumped out of a wheel barrel onto the shelf. And this was not a single occurrence. I lived just next to this location down off 102nd St. for over a year and the dilapidated appearance just became normal to me. I moved away and started shopping at other Goodwill‘s that were much cleaner and polished than this one. It wasn’t until I came back to this location years later did it strike me that this place was and still is a problem store.

No bathrooms available to public. No carts allowed outside. I mentioned that I felt bad for the elderly that come here and the worker said "yah, and I'm like why are you here for hours if you have to go to the bathroom."That response shocked me as older people are in the house all day so if they want to get out and go to goodwill then the business should be happy about that not shame them. Telling them to go to Winco or be a customer somewhere else in order to use the restroom is beyond me.The building is very large and most Goodwills do have a bathroom so this is misleading and the attitude of the cashier reflects how this location treats customers. There is a security guard that stands by the door all day if they are so protective of their carts. Goodness. Treat your customers better.

My opinion goodwill steals money, because they do not let try on clothes before buy then they do not give cash back; Just store credit, what if you do not want buy there stuff.
