I talked to Greentech this morning about replacing a battery in a Nissan Leaf I was considering buying. I was pleasantly surprised that a human picked up the phone at 7:01 a.m. Casey answered all of my questions and had exact prices immediately. Although I'm not going to get the Leaf I will definitely use Greentech to replace my Prius battery when it's time.

Great experience with Greentec - they were well equipped to keep my old Prius on the road with a quick/painless hybrid battery swap over my lunch hour. Was able to schedule it 2 days after my dash lit up like a christmas tree with all of the codes and the dreaded red triangle. I was still able to drive it in ok in "limp mode" they call it, and get it dropped off - and in the time it took me to have lunch at the food cart pod across the street, they had already completed the job! Really, a flawless transaction - they have a well oiled assembly line, and the prices were best in the area. The only thing even halfway negative was finding some dirty fingerprints in the backseat area, but that's hardly anything to mark off about ("comes with the territory" I'd say). I will definitely use Greentec again if I find myself in the same spot. Fingers crossed this pack lasts us a long time.

Excellent place!They had a special going on when I called and a hybrid battery for my Honda Civic Hybrid was originally $2200, but they sold it to me for $1300.Installation was day after issue was found, people were incredibly friendly.If you need a hybrid battery, this is the spot!

2000 Honda Insight battery replacement was done by the guys from GreenTech in my driveway with out a hitch. My cousin's gen one Insight battery was also replaced at the same time. Extremely professional and knowledgeable. Both batteries were the 8 A/H 3yr warranty type. I am very pleased working with Bruce and the people at Green Tech. I rarely post reviews but since this is such a big dollar amount I believe you can trust Greentec.
