NEVER had such a great experience at a car dealer before. I drove across three states to get the perfect vehicle from these guys and was treated like family from start to finish. If you want a business relationship with a dealer that will make you feel heard, help you find the perfect ride and make you feel safe and confident when you purchase it, the GRIP Autos team is about as good as it gets. I had never bought from a used car dealership prior to buying my 2019 Forester from Grip Autos. Within the first week of driving it, a couple check engine warnings came on for pressure in the evap system. This car was a big investment for me and I was panicked thinking maybe I bought a lemon. Matt had told me to bring it in if it had any issues. The issue was intermittent so they weren't able to replicate it the first time, and I had to bring it in twice. I was feeling pretty anxious about the situation since I wasn't sure if I could trust them.
Matt handed me a nice loaner (2020 Outback) while my car was in the shop. They had to drive the car around quite a bit to replicate the issue, but once they were able to, they fixed it for free. So even though I had some issues, they made things right. In the end, I love this car and I would buy my next car from them. Thanks to Matt and the mechanics!

I drove 2 1/2 hours with a lot reservations about what I might experience when I arrived. To my shock and amazement, I had the most phenomenal car buying experience of my life. Coming from a career of 25 years in the car business, I brought my boxing gloves and was ready for a fight.
I was amazed by the exceptionally clean vehicle that was presented to me. It was exactly as described an advertisement. The shock set in when I didn’t have to break out my boxing gloves at all. The easiest deal I’ve ever made!
To top off this most enjoyable experience… They beat my Credit Union interest rate!
I walked in with skepticism and drove out excited in my new Subaru Forrester.
I will refer all my friends and family to Grip Autos! ♥️

This was the best car buying experience I've had so far. Tariq was friendly and very helpful. He took the time to answer all of my questions.
The whole atmosphere was welcoming and laid back. All of the staff were great. I highly recommend buying a car from them. I know I'll definitely be going back!

Drove down from Seattle to Grips and worked with Matthew to secure a BEAUTIFUL 2017 Subaru Outback. The price seemed too good to be true, but Matthew was great—he worked with me over the phone, sent six videos of the car inside and out, and allowed me to make a $500 deposit (non-refundable, but applied to the final price) to hold it. I came down the next day, and the Subaru was exactly as shown in the photos and videos. It drove amazingly, and within the hour, I had the keys. Matthew was super patient while I arranged the bank wire transfer, so we just chatted while handling the details. Plus, there was a puppy on-site, which made the experience even better. I chose Grips because of their outstanding reviews for a used car dealership, and I’m glad I did!

Ive had more than a few dealings with different used auto dealers and would say this was the most straight forward and pleasant of the experiences. Absolutely no pressure at all and no push back. Tariq was incredibly patient with me wanting to try a few cars out and didnt try to upsell me. He let me test drive at my own discretion, answered all my questions, and gave me some great feedback. When it came time to finance he was more than happy to go with an option I already had experience with and was able to get the process handled in no time. Car came with 3 month warranty and he put half a tank in it for me when I drove it home. Highly recommend this dealer!

These folks were amazing with their product selection, communication, and price negotiation.
I purchased a 2020 Subaru Outback from these folks in March of 2024 and I was so impressed by how kind and helpful this business was. They answered all my questions and didn’t pressure me into buying any upgrades or new cars on their lot. They cleaned the car and replaced the wheels, windshield and provided me with all the maintenance history.
I was very impressed with Matthew and his customer service. He was in communication with me regarding the car for over a week was easily reached. Victoria was also very helpful at answering my questions post purchase and helping me get my license plate in the mail.
10/10 will come back here in the future when I need a future car.
