Thanks to Matt V, I'm consistently impressed with the service I receive. The team is fantastic—responsive, helpful, and they truly go the extra mile. The delivery times are also a major highlight; my orders always arrive exactly when they're expected, and sometimes even sooner. The combination of wonderful service and great timing makes for a truly seamless and pleasant experience. Highly recommend!

If I could give Gutterman’s Supply zero stars, I would. Every single order I’ve placed has been late — not just a day or two, but weeks behind schedule. And when the product finally shows up, it’s usually damaged or missing parts, as if they store everything in a junkyard before shipping.
Customer service? Just don't deal with Matt, he's pathetic and will lie to you about when something is being worked on. Guy is so incompetent it would be almost funny if it didn't cost me $$.
Management is no better — actually, they might be worse. They clearly don’t care about customers, quality control, or even running a functioning business. It’s astonishing this place is still open, unless their business model is “disappoint as many people as possible.”
Save yourself the time, money, and frustration — go literally anywhere else. Gutterman’s Supply is a masterclass in how not to run a company.

Alex (manager) is basically allergic to human interaction and communication. She's rude and always talking down to people. The place is going down hill, thanks in part because of her.

1st time made incorrectly. 2nd time correct, but couldn’t find the other things that were ordered. 3rd trip back to finally get it - but way overpriced. Not a good experience.

Feedback for the company's management! Pay attention to the loader driver!!!! You constantly need to keep an eye on him and ask him to upload you! Creates the appearance of work, a regular download that could take 30 minutes, it took him more than 3 hours to load! The employee is not competent in his business! If you need to pick up cargo here, be prepared to spend at least 5 hours on it!

I've worked with Alexandria, Jordan and Valerie for years! Some of the coolest people I've ever worked with. They make my job easy and never any complaints from our drivers loading or unloading. I'd give 10 stars but 5 is the most I can do :) GREAT COMPANY!

Jeff and Kenny are the most honest and a pleasure to work wi th they changed me and my family's life forever when they say there gonna do something they do it there like family so many good things can be said about guttermans supply but most of all there the best suppliers I have ever had the pleasure to work with if your not on board you better get on thanks again Jeff and Kenny and your crew God bless

I made purchases here throughout the years (for several different companies) since I started hanging gutters in 1998 so I've always heard/known that they sort of pick n choose who they will sell to, didn't really bother me until I started my own company in 2020 and ended up being shot down when trying to place an order with them, apparently cuz I don't buy enough from them? Seems the new trend in business nowadays is to "not do business"

If you are trucker with sleeper berth very tight to back in .They drop trailer on street and back in with there own day cab.It depends upon your skin colour.Very bad behavior.Never come again

Haven't made a purchase in over a year so Guttermans closed our account and won't reopen it or sell to us, (due to metal shortages and wanting to service more active accounts).

Need to be a licensed contractor. Well versed. Knowledgeable. Pretty quick. Mornings can be really busy and congested but be patient.
