I've been coming here for over 15 years, and Connie is truly one of the best colorists around. I've tried a few other professionals in the area, but she's the only one who consistently gets my blonde just right—no easy feat, since my hair tends to pull red. Connie’s expertise and experience are unmatched. She not only delivers beautiful, consistent results, but she genuinely cares about her clients. She takes the time to explain the process and educate you on how your choices might affect the outcome, ensuring you feel confident and informed every step of the way. I can't recommend her highly enough.

Anna, I was in the salon when you came in requesting to use the restroom, the sign posted states no public restroom, more often than not there is no public restrooms in businesses.I was laying in the shampoo area and listened to this interaction. The salon associate explained politely the no public restroom policy. To write an inaccurate review against any business is unacceptable. There are businesses in that area do have public restrooms availability. I personally am offended by this review as I am a longtime customer of this business and have always received professional and courteous customer service as well as all the existing customers that have been receiving services there. I personally travel from Denver Colorado and refuse to go anywhere else as top notch service is what you receive when have an appointment or are just walking in, or any general public interaction.All customers have been treated with respect in my 15 plus years of patronage with this business as well as the business professionals who run this salon. A policy is a policy.

I had an unfortunate experience at this salon recently that I feel compelled to share. I was in a difficult situation and urgently needed directions to the nearest restroom. While I completely understand that not all businesses are able to accommodate such requests, I believe that a little kindness and basic human decency—like offering simple guidance—can go a long way.
When I approached someone, who was standing just outside the shop, I politely asked if she knew where the nearest restroom was. Instead of responding helpfully, she abruptly walked to the door, pointed to a sign that said “No Public Restrooms,” and said, “Look—do you see this? Do you see this? Read this!” before walking away. It wasn’t just dismissive; it was demeaning and unnecessarily harsh.
This kind of interaction was deeply disappointing. I hope the business reflects on how it treats people, even in situations where they can’t offer direct help. A moment of empathy and respectful communication can leave a lasting positive impression. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case here. For anyone visiting, just be aware that interactions may not be as warm or understanding as one might expect.
