Hank's Music Exchange is a great little shop and a solid neighborhood spot. It is the opposite of other shops in the best possible way, with a ton of really interesting used, cool, and rare gear above and beyond what most other places have. The super selection includes pro gear and used gear at prices that are out of this world good, well priced, and better than the internet. You never feel gouged, but get value. The staff is super helpful, knowledgeable, kind, polite, informative, patient, fair, and A++. They provide knowledgeable and helpful advice with courtesy and respect. They really care and it shows. There are practice rooms set up with amps and cables for convenience, plus a solid return and exchange policy. It is highly recommended as a first and only choice.

Sold my 8-string here and it was a great experience! They are very upfront about sale expectations and made what I felt was a great offer. Great and eclectic collection of guitars also.

Love this place...local with a unique selection of pedals and guitars. Really cool demo rooms you can test anything out in. Great staff, knowledgeable and super welcoming!
