Unfortunately the service at Hannah has taken a nose dive the last couple years and is no longer a worthwhile investment for my Golden. I use to be able to see a vet at the Portland location when needed about once or twice a year and service was very good. Most services were rendered by usually a tech and interaction with a vet was frequent. Now, I have not been able to see a vet for over two years and have been trying to schedule an appointment with one for three months without success! The manager says she will call me to schedule since they don't have a vet there every day but never does. I finally decided to cancel my contract with Hannah and that took five days and leaving about 10 messages to even have someone return my call. At this point I cannot recommend Hannah Pet Hospital and would suggest finding a good vet you like.

I have had a wonderful experience with Hannah even dealing with a pet in critical health. In 2021 I had a rescue puppy who ended up having a large cancerous mass who only made it to 8 months old before passing. She received $10,000 worth of care in a 2 month span and I wouldn't have been able to try all of the options possible for her if I didn't have my plan with Hannah for her. She was sick and she passed and Hannah ended up refunding me the $105 it cost me to get her ashes. The night she passed the staff were so kind and let me come in at 10pm after hours and spend as much time as I needed with her. I have honored my lost rescue puppy by giving 2 more rescue dogs homes with me and use Hannah for them as well ?

Don't take your pet to Hannah! They have canceled appointments without any notice. No email, text, or call. They are booking out 2 months in advance. After waiting an additional 3 weeks to be seen, their driver was almost 2 hours late to pick up my pet. A courtesy call would have been appropriate. These are only a few of the issues! I've been calling, trying to talk to someone about how to get out of our contract, and again, they won't return my calls. It's frustrating and unnecessary to be dismissed, talked down too and disregarded this way. Why are they being abusive to me? I'm elderly, disabled and on a fixed income. Without Hannah, I'll have to let my dog go because I can't afford to take her to another veterinarian for treatment, and I don't want her to suffer because I'm poor. She's all I have.

I already reviewed the other office so it's prolly be a bit silly to paste it all again here, so I'll just say that Hannah has been excellent to me and my cats, and I feel the monthly installment model is an excellent way to make pet care more accessible for everyone in today's harsh economy. Thank you for treating my fuzzy kids like your own!

Had a great experience. I have a dog with vet anxiety/reactivity and was able to have a behavior specialist along with the vet and had a very positive outcome. Thank you Hannah !

I was left a message to call Hannah at Hannah the pet hospital. When I returned call I found out 3 Hannah's work there and the receptionist had no clue who to transfer me to. After playing phone tag with 3 Hannah's I get a text for a 3:40 telephone appointment. No one called. Called again and was told someone will reach out tonight or tomorrow morning. SERIOUSLY!!!! I just want to make sure my pet is okay.

We have had our dogs with Hannah for over 10 years. We love Hannah! Our dogs have been very well taken care of, We have always received great care, even with end-of-Life for our kids as they aged. I have been in many of their training classes (for free :) and they have been great. I am especially excited about Emily as she is a Brilliant Trainer with patience, wisdom, knowledge, and compassion. Our dogs LOVE her and we look forward to seeing her every week as we are have Tremendous results!

I love Hannah Pet Hospital. For the first time, I am at a vet's office where I can see all the doctors, and nurses staff all care about animals. which is a good thing because my dog Obie is a real hand but they love him anyway. Just as I love them and the services they provide. The training classes are very well taught, Emily is a fantastic Trainor, and in just 2 classes Obie is helping Emily to train me. Obie already knows what he's doing. Emily has been a great Trainor, I'm looking forward to the next class. Thanks, Emily, and Thank all of the staff, nurses, and doctors. 1 more thing, this is the first vet's office I have been to and I have seen 2 doctors. I could tell right off the bat that both docs are dog people and they both know what they are doing. most important Ibie likes them too.I love you, Hannah.Thanks for all your help.Obie and Tony W.

All 3 of my cats were misdiagnosed at first I was told they had a ear infection caused by too much coxy in the ears, was given medication for all 3, one month later they are still shaking their heads and straching at their ears to the point where they are bleeding. I go back to Hannah pet society and told they STILL HAVE ear mites, I was never told they had ear mites, all they could do for my cats are clean their ears since they apparently don’t have ear mite medicine and it’s on backorder was also told they don’t deal with ear mites since it’s not a very common problem. WHAT? Makes no sense very disappointed in the car provided here. Not sure if I’ll be keeping my membership for my 3 cats since I can’t even get simple earmite medicine.
