Randy was super helpful and was able to come and help with my dead car battery within 15 minutes of calling. I was planning on requesting a tow to a nearby shop but he was able to figure out that I just needed a better jump with his equipment and even followed me to the shop to ensure I made it there without my car dying! Cannot recommend this place enough if you need car assistance.

My car battery died last week and my insurance company kept delaying my tow requests for two days straight! I called Hercules Towing and Randy had my car to the shop within an hour! He was timely, friendly and beyond helpful! If I ever need car services again, he’ll be the one I call!

Randy was prompt, courteous, and completely transparent. Dealing with auto issues as a single woman is usually a frustrating experience - not with Hercules Towing. I knew exactly what the cost would be before Randy arrived, when he would arrive and he answered all of my questions honestly. I absolutely recommend contacting them for any and all towing needs you might have.

Had a flat tire in a neighborhood I was unfamiliar with in North Portland. I was just about to get the last lug off when I realized it was too stripped to be removed. A Hercules employee was passing by and stopped what he was doing, jumped out of the truck and began helping me get the wheel off with his power tools. Unbelievable kindness, skill, and an overall dedication to the community around him.
Still can't thank him enough as it got me out of a huge jam. I cannot recommend this company enough and will absolutely be choosing them if ever in need of towing. Thanks again man!

Fast and quick service! I just took possession of a fire damage house which 2 derelict vehicles came with the deal. I alerted the neighbors that I have to go through the legal process to dispose of these vehicles. Neighbors decided to call the police instead… I explained the situation to this towing service and he came literally at moments notice at a fair price. I think I only waited 15 or 20 minutes. That’s amazingly fast for a tow company I believe. He had these vehicles back on the property within about 30 minutes. I couldn’t be more thrilled at how quickly my issue was solved with his help. I HIGHLY recommend this towing company. Give this mom and pop business the hire! Thanks again.

One of their drivers almost caused a multiple vehicle accident on I5 while towing a vehicle. The driver was very reckless and had no care for those around him. Tried calling their office, but of course the number was disconnected.
--In response to your reply, I was actually about 3 cars behind him the entire time keeping a safe distance as he was driving pretty erratically, I can even share the dash camera footage. Instead you assumed and accused me stating that I tried to cause an accident! Maybe next time instead of lying and changing blame, take responsibility for your own actions!

Randy at Hercules Towing promptly answered the phone when I called, worked with me to get a tow out to my car when I needed it, was courteous and professional the entire exchange, and was also a lot of fun to ride in the cab with to my mechanic!
