Would absolutely recommend! Bought a (barely) used Hyundai for a great price, and the experience was SO much better than a dealership. Terry was fantastic. I never felt rushed, and he made sure I understood what was going on and all my options. Sean was also hugely helpful. When I noticed a small bulge in one of the tires, they got it fixed for free the very next day. If you're looking for a great alternative to the dealership experience, I can't recommend Hertz enough.

Do not buy any cars from them. They were irresponsible for anything happens afterward. I called them today and the guy who picked the phone was very rude to me. Beware!

I was sold a vehicle with a faulty gas tank that filled the cab with gas fumes. This company denied responsibility for this oversight.

I’m not sure where some of these poor reviews are coming from. I worked with Kiwi. He’s great, honest, organized, and so pleasant to deal with.
I called him, knew what I wanted, no hassle with established great prices, and he gave me the final check amount I owed. I flew up from Southern OR, grabbed an Uber to them and was out of there in less than an hour with exactly what I wanted. Steve was also very organized with all the paperwork and was the easiest car deal I ever had! Highly recommended these guys for all your vehicle purchases!

The car buying experience at Hertz was phenomenal. The no haggle price builds confidence you are getting a good deal. My sales person Jordan listened to my needs and wants and helped me find the perfect car within my budget. I felt valued as a customer and have felt bullied at dealerships where they try to upsell or play negotiation games with vehicle prices. There was none of that, and you get 7 days to bring it back if you decide you want a different car. If you want a used car, you get the confidence of knowing the vehicle has been properly maintained during its time of service. I love what I bought and would recommend Hertz Used Car Sales to anyone!

UPDATE! The response acting like they care to email them and they would help is a JOKE! I emailed same day and never heard back from them!! I’m still owed almost $300 and behind in my bills because of it and because of their negligence in not taking care of paperwork on time I’m out and they don’t care at all!!!
Traded in a car while buying one of theirs and they didn’t pay my trade in. My old bank took out a payment for my old car and I called multiple times to get it resolved as they now owe me money. This was 20 days AFTER I bought the car I found out they didn’t pay for the trade in!! Now playing phone tag and no one has resolved this issue and the dealership still OWES me for the payment!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! And I’m STILL owed money from them!!

Shady! They tried to make me sign a credit application even though I had financing setup through my credit union. I was told it was Hertz policy to sign the credit application to proceed with the sale. The second issue I had was I am pretty sure they hit a curb when test driving my car for the appraisal. The wheels are brand new. I can't prove it so there isn't anything I can do about it. Buyer beware!

I regret buying from this company. Looking back at the process, they hide behind being really nice in the beginning. And their mechanic is a joke. They tried to cut corners with parts. Their vehicles are not kept well maintained. I had to change the rotors on a 2022 Highland that had 30k miles. I have had Toyotas with over 150k miles and never needed to change the rotors. Please shop around.

I just felt like staff and management alike went out of their way to make this experience a positive one for us. We had two different cars over the space of two and a half months almost. Management made sure we got the best rates possible and that we were satisfied in every way. They answered all our questions and concerns to our satisfaction. Love the staff Thanks to all!

So far I've had a horrible experience with this place. I'm a single parent and a veteran, I work very hard and don't have a lot of money or time to deal with scumbag salesmen.. My story so far-I was pre-approved for financing before I arrived. I looked at a few cars and found one I liked. It was a Sunday and couldn't get a hold of my insurance person and for some reason I couldn't get a quote online. The next day I was told by my insurance they wouldn't insure the vehicle in WA due to high theft rates., so I called and asked how I return the car and was told to come in at 9, no problem..when I arrived the only guy there was extremely rude and told me that I couldn't be helped until 12. I live an hour away. After some words were exchanged the head manager came out..I told him the situation. I wasn't happy. He then told me it would take 3 weeks to get my money back or I can look at another car. Long story short, he sold me a car that later I found out has no brakes and a blown head gasket!! I'll be showing up today at 9 to return it. And let you know how it goes..

Pure bad faith bait and switch. Walked in on Monday car was 14990. They told me to come back in two days. Came back test drove the car. Agreed to return the next day and buy. After hours waiting paper work came it with a price of $16008. They refused to honor the offered price. But they did have other cars to look at. Definition of bad faith and bait and switch. Good luck if you go. I won’t be back. Time for a complaint to the state.
