Went to get some dressy clothes and there was a great selection or things like polos and button downs. Also a great selection on casual shirts with cool prints like Nirvana, Oasis, Red Hot Chili Peppers and Kodak cameras. Overall a good place to get clothes for good prices.

Understaffed. Over stocked. The help I did get was perfect but from someone doing a great job of keeping it together. The sheer volume of rejects at the fitting rooms was terrorizing enough. Only 2 items were my size. While I eat more salad after my injury led size gain perhaps Sweden can pay attention and help the glorious staff they have? Better than Zara.

I know firsthand that this is an extra busy H&M location, and it gets especially hectic on the weekends, even outside of holiday season. Therefore it can be kind of messy and disorganized, full of customers and hard to navigate. They change the store layout regularly, which adds to that. A lot of different products that aren't high quality at all, but are a very affordable way to look fashionable.
I used to work here briefly and based on my experiences as a former employee, the managers are trying their best despite being heavily understaffed, plus most of the employees are pretty nice, doing what they can with what they get. A lot of customers here can be nice and realize that H&M is basically fast fashion (even if they're trying to get away from it) and sales associates don't make actual decisions about how the place is run, but there's a lot of entitled people who make the place annoying to be inside even as a customer, though that is a problem with the mall in general.

This app said today they were closing at 9pm but it wasn’t a sure thing so I called them, they told me 9pm, I came ALL THE WAY TO THE MALL and they were closed. Asked how to solve this, they just let me talking by myself. Terrible costumer service, I’m gonna call on Thursday to ask for this girls name because she was very nasty!

I just went to this store today. One cashier was so nice to ask for email and told me I got 20% discount if I buy $60 and up .. so I told him I will get more items so I can avail the discount for being a member. After I got all my items , the cashier who is an asian/american man in his 20s who was helping me was RUDE AND DISCRIMINATING ! I showed him my account and asked me if I have the discount code . I told him usually cashier asked for my email. I started talking to him that Its nice I always get discount . then the guy DID NOT put my stuff in the bag . I mean I wont mind to put stuff in the bag . He jsut said nothing and left my stuff . the other cashiers are so nice to put the stuff in the bag. I appreciate the first cashier who helped me but not the second one. Please be KIND !

I’ve never had problems with this H&M staff! They’re really nice! But yesterday i was there and my leg was injured so i had to rest a little bit , i sat down on one shelf there. One employee i think she was the manager, she was really rude!! She came and said this is just for clothes not for human!! I was shocked you saw me with this leg injured and you say that!! So rude!!!

Store was clean and organized, however only one changing area on the first floor no changing rooms on second floor. Staff was friendly and helpful. Checkout was quick even with a line.

Tried to return something 14 days past the return policy and explained I had Covid and offered to show a picture of my Covid test. The Manager was completely rude to me, man-splained that Covid only lasts 5 days ("well interesting Covid only lasts 5 days") and was super condescending. He also said no options and no store credit despite them still selling the brand new jeans I was trying to return 40 feet from me. Ironically, I called corporate and they said you can easily return things 30-60 day window via mail no issue. Went online, registered my return no problem. That is at least real customer service, offering options, explaining policies and trying to be helpful. Train your store employees this vs just saying no and your store management to lead by example, not by being rude to customers. Don't shop here. You've lost my business.

I wanted a particular sized shirt and skirt that was displayed on a mannequin. I was told that they don’t do that! I’ve worked retail before and never told my customers they couldn’t buy something for sale! I took matters into my own hands and pulled the next size up from an accessible manikin. Good thing I’ve had decades of sewing experience. I will adjust it to fit. Very bad customer service! My son just confirmed the same thing. He never told the customer no either.
