Milo was super helpful with a complicated return and helped me get the pavers that I needed re-ordered. I really appreciated his clear communication and helping me get the material unloaded and getting the correct stuff reloaded

Horrible customer service. Employees walking by without says a word. Selection is good. I guess if you know what you want it is a good place to go.

The experience with the home Depot was good. Just a bit crazy. Could not find the product we needed. We didn't have to wait long to check out.

Second time I've been here to pickup an order, both times with over 10 people in line and one person working the customer service/pickup area. Maybe hire a manager to keep on top of this and reassign associates?

Horrible customer service. Waited for 30 mins for a curbside pick up and when we went inside the store, they only have one guy in customer service who is on the phone for like 10 mins. And after that they did not even help me load my item into a card which is heavy btw. So Home Depot, please hire enough people to handle order pick up.

Tracked down an employee to ask for a simple lumber cut, and was told that someone would be right with us after a "quick forklift move". 30 minutes later, the forklift was still shuffling around, and another employee was still standing by a fenced-off aisle, holding flags. Asked flag guy for an update, told "4 or 5 more minutes". Asked again 10 minutes later, and he yelled to another employee, who said he wasn't clocked-in and walked away. Apparently, the one forklift-qualified employee on shift is also the only one allowed to touch the saw? Super frustrating waste of time.

I purchased blinds from the store and scheduled an installation about a month later (that was the earliest they had). When the installers arrived, they found that half of the parts were missing. They installed what they had, drilling more holes than necessary, and said they'd return to finish the job.
The blinds don’t even close properly. One blind shuts completely, while the other has gaps that let light in.
The installer blames Home Depot, while Home Depot tells me to call the installer. The installer says Bali sent missing parts.
Having used these blinds for decades, I know how they should look and function. I need this fixed properly.

I had five things to buy this morning I'm not being dramatic at all when I say that every aisle I went to a salesperson was closing it off right in front of me as I approached him or her and they didn't even make eye contact. I bought one and left. No one cares.
On top of that why do we all have to touch the same damn scanning gun at self checkout? I'm sure it's super clean...

Lots of products are locked (which I understand due to security) but it so hard to find an associate to unlock and assist you. Once I finally tracked someone down they were so annoyed and bothered that they had to do their job.
