Your basic Home Depot conveniently located right off the Murrayhill exit on 26, I stop by this location when I'm in the area. It has all the typical departments and layout but somehow it seems easier to get around, not as massive and overwhelming. The store is well organized, shelves are stocked and they typically have what I'm looking for whether that's ant killer, cleaning products, lighting, garden supplies or hardware. And they always have seasonal items like Christmas, BBQ, and spring-fall, annuals, perrenials, shrubs and trees. Plus garden soil, planters and supplies. The indoor houseplant section is also nice and they always have a varied selection. Succulents, bromeliad, pathos, ferns, snake plants, cactus - I've bought it all! My entire plant selection is thriving and I've only had one plant that didn't do well and they exchanged it no questions asked. Most stores don't reimburse you for plants because they have no idea if it was cared for properly. The fact that they gave me a new pothos made me a happy and return customer.

I'm giving this Home Depot location 5-stars for one reason only...their employee Sydney in the Blinds Dept. I have to let all of you know that she is absolutely Ah-May-Zing. She is truly an asset to this company and should be recognized for providing awesome customer service and assistance. This is not just a one off, I have had to acquire Sydney's assistance on multiple occasions and she is always consistent with her customer service and professionalism. It isn't often that I give a shoutout to an employee of an organization, but she truly deserves it, and deserves the recognition of Home Depot as well. With so many employees choosing to leave their employers for other opportunities, they need to do all that they can to hold on to treasures like this. I hope that Home Depot doesn't miss the opportunity to make Sydney feel valued and a vital part of the team.

This review is related to the in store experience, but rather HD's installation . Installers are not HD installers. They are contracted through a third party, who May in turn, subcontract to another installer. Lowes, HD and any independent supplier carry virtually the same materials. It' the INSTALLATION that makes your project a success. Save yourself money, grief and delays. Hire a private contractor who uses their own people. HD's installers have a million rules on what they can't do, move or remove. They might be nice, but overall, installation speed not quality is there priority.

I purchased an AC online and needed to get the window installation piece cut down. Unfortunately, their saw isn't meant to cut through plastic, but a wonderful employee named Tammie offered to use a hand saw to get the job done, which I definitely would have screwed up if I tried myself. She wouldn't accept a tip, so I at least wanted to drop a review! Thanks again Tammie.

i pay cash.. not a big receipt hanger onto-er. my fault i guess, but a 50.00 VoM (ohm-meter) i purchased a week ago quit working. i wanted an exchange, but they looked at me like i was trying to rob the place. short story, i didnt get replacement. the end... the end of me shopping at home depot. im in charge of 2 commercial accounts that purchase primarily from home depot. no more.... lowes will be looked into. to bad. we spend over 25k anually. the VoM was my personal item. otherwise it would have been bought with card. maybe im stubborn.. well... yeah.. im stubborn. but its the principal of it all. will not recommend home depot for anything to anyone ever.

Disappointing, you do an hour of research on line, find the product you need, webpage says they have two at the Beaverton store, after talking with three clueless guys at the store, they give up and tell me to go elsewhere because they don't find the item in the store. Sure glad I don't own stock, good service makes businesses successful which this one doesn't offer.

I love this place! The shelves are always stocked. The employees are helpful and the location is super convenient. Curb side pickup is fast and friendly. I have been finishing up some projects and they have had everything I need waiting for me in less than an hour.

I had a kitchen remodel. Sat down with Dave in July and brought all the measurements of my kitchen with me. Home Depot is in contract with Precision Countertop. I wanted to chopped down my bar and move some electrical outlets down from the bar. Unfortunately, Home Depot doesn't handle demolition. I had to search high and low for a decent non-scammers contractor to do the work. It was the most stressful part of this whole remodel and meeting the timeline. 1) I would highly recommend that you find a contractor to do any demolition/electrical work first before sitting down with Dave to finalize your kitchen countertop. 2) make sure your measurements taken cover the entire bar length and cover the bar legs, nothing is exposed! I almost missed that. 3) purchase everything new, including garbage disposal! I didn't, and now I need to find someone to install it. Cause when precision plumber install the old one we realized it is leaking! 4) lots of waiting and delay because the granite might not be in stock! And needs someone to be onsite during installation at all time! 5) check and double check every edge during and after every single installation. I had to have Precision Countertop return to trim off the fitting of my range. It was too tight! 29 inch and not 30 inch! 6) open and check your backsplash tiles weeks before installation to make sure you have the right color and no cracks. One of my box was entirely broken! Luckily I had enough for installation. 7) monitor when they are installing backsplash; I had to change my BL layout because it didn't look as good as I thought. Luckily I was there when he put in the first tile! I changed horizontal to Vertical layout to even out the title. Very happy with precision countertop! They did a good job! They come separately for each process. Not everything will be done in the same day. I was expected to get my backsplash install in December. But someone canceled. I was able to get mine install in October. But expect this a 5-6 month process!

I've gone here multiple times and had horrible customer service. As a women the men that work there seem to dismiss and ignore and any questions I have. Today I asked a man a question and he ignored what I asked and turned around to help another customer. This isn't the first time this has happened either. The women that checked me out was very nice everyone else was rude. Will never be going back.

Long story short, John the retired engineer that now works at the Home Depot part time, deserves employee of the month x10. I came in with a product I purchased at another store as it had a hardware issue and I was seeing if Home Depot carried a replacement hardware piece. I looked at the piece, knew they didn't carry it, but then spent the next 30 minutes or so with me correcting the hardware misuse issue and helping me to make sure my product was in working order before I left the store. He was kind, helpful, and pleasant to be around. Kudos to John and the Science Park Drive Home Depot for being such a helpful group. I live right between two HD locations and now I will always pick this one over the other. Thanks again, John.

This is my go to location. Their plants always seem to be more abundant and cared for than the other locations so when I need plants I tend to go here. The store also seems better organized and I always get some of the best customer service experiences. Once I was purchasing a pretty sizeable amount of plants (like usual) and I was going into self check but there were not very many people in the store. A complete gem came over to offer her assistance to me and checked me out super fast and says, "Would you like assistance our OR PROTECTION FOR YOUR TRUNK...". Wait...WHAT???? They have butcher paper...WHO KNEW THIS??? They have a big roll of it! I reuse it constantly! I just neatly folded the original piece and will someday replace it but thanks Home Depot - just a simple barrier like this can seriously save your trunk or bed!

Although this Home Depot is convenient, the guy who works in the lumbar department on Sunday mornings is pathetic. We went last night to pick up some wood and they were out. So we went this morning and they were still out. On top though was a pile of the wood we needed. When my husband asked this guy if they had any in stock the guy was rude, standoffish, and without looking said they didn't have any. I saw him "help" another customer in which I saw him roll his eyes when she asked him to cut some wood for her. Obviously he hates his job and shouldn't be working here. Definitely going to Lowe's from now on even though it's an extra 20 min from us.

Home Depot has been a life saver for me as I work through some yard and indoor projects. The staff is always pleasant and nice. I use the app to find the location of the items I am looking for.

The Depot. U know the drill. Some employees are nice and helpful and others are not. The merchandise is built abroad in order to become part of the American landfill cycle. This review is because a customer service rep in the flooring department hung up on me after pretending he couldn't understand me. He wasn't willing to listen to my reasonable question and played d**** I apologize to anyone I've ever been rude to over the phone because this felt like a heaping serving of karma. Lowes is awful too.

Had the worst possible experience with the Flooring Department in this Homedepot branch. The services that Homedepot offer are way off with the timeline they specify. I don't really have complaints about the quality of the flooring but I am super pissed with the whole process. The supply chain is pretty messed up. The main reason I went with Homedepot was because they promised me that they would get the work done in the timeline I asked for (first week of December). I paid the total amount for the flooring materials and the labor and was hoping things would be done on time. To my surprise, the flooring material hasn't arrived until the 1st week of December. On top of it when I call them and ask when can I get the installation scheduled, they tell me that they had trouble with the contractors and the earliest available time is in the second week of January. I felt like I was cheated. I have chosen Homedepot over Lowes only because of the timeline. I even had a better quote from Lowes, but they told me upfront that they are more than 5 weeks out and the first week of December wasn't doable. The flooring items that I bought later went on sale and I asked them if they could price match. When I called the customer service they told me that the store could do it for me and asked me to go to the store. When I went there they said they won't price match on the flooring material. Again felt betrayed. There is so much miscommunication between the customer representatives of homedepot.com and the local stores. I have asked them for a refund because the timeline that they promised is not happening and I didn't want to pay so much for it. Its clearly a mistake on their end.Promising me that they can get it done around the first week of December yet I didn't get it done until last week of December (Thanks to someone who did a last minute cancellation) I am never going to get any services from Homedepot. I respect Lowes for being upfront with me and not giving false hopes like Homedepot.
