Tax "pros" are unprofessional as well as customer service. Errors on taxes had peace of mind protection but wasn't honored. Prices went up without notice. Overall horrible experience. Will not do business with this company and advise you to not as well. Corporatein Kanas MO don't honor or appreciate customers.

Great tax pro but the office setting is blah and the front desk person never seems to know what she's doing and definitely had an attitude. Their front parking was taken away and now you have to park in a very busy gas station. I don't plan on going back to this location in the future, sorry.
