    Some of the slowest service in the worst customer service ever. Made me feel like an idiot without calling me an idiot and I’ve been in the car business for over 20 years.

    The loader that brought my car out damaged the front bumper and was very careless about transporting it. And this was not a cheap vehicle. IAA needs to be more careful with their delivery of purchased vehicles, especially with high end sports cars.
