I would label it as probably the best customer service I've seen in a while. On top of that I am very much enjoying using both the jacket and helmet I've bought - very nice quality.

Been using Icon gear for 15+ years and finally had to contact customer service for some parts and Josh came through with everything I needed. 10/10 in a world where customer service is scarce. Will continue to purchase and use their products!

Great staff at Icon and great products designed largely in the Pacific Northwest. The gear is solid. We met one of their designers (Amanda in the Portland office) who is wonderful in every way. My wife and I will roll with Icon on all our rides!! Check out their new line of old school and vintage riding gear ??

I absolutely love the Hella 2 jacket. I can ride into town fully protected yet kick around the Pearl District for a bite to eat. Versatile and stylish with a vintage flare. Love the longer cut. Thanks Icon ❤️❤️

Icon is an awesome company. I bought a new icon airflite helmet that had an issue with one of the cheek pads. I contacted them and they sent out new cheek pads to me free of charge the next day. Helmet fits and looks great.

I purchased an icon helmet in the $200 price range because I live in Portland and wanted to support a local company.After less than 1 year, the helmet-liner has fallen down, and I've now got duct tape holding it up so I can see to ride. I reached out to their customer service team, and we're not getting along well at all. In fact, they've been downright rude to me because I am asking questions and not just submitting a RMA. I just wanted some advice on a replacement adhesive for the liner from a designer/professional. As so far, all I've gotten is "the 'tude."Here's Icon's snarky response, "We didn't ignore your question...what you are calling your "liner"...We would absolutely love to not have to go back and forth with emails, because we too are very busy. Plus, we're not the biggest fan of helping folks out that continuously tell us our stuff sucks..."(real quotes people)Although Icon is helping me get this liner resolved, you can see that I'm not getting treated very nicely at all. I can't see any reason to ever do business with these crabs again.

Can't begin to explain the hospitality the whole team has shown me over the past 3 days of my being with them. I absolutely love the ICON crew and everything that they are working on.I am the current 2018 motovlogger challenge winner and was flown out here to hang out and check out some behind the scenes stuff, and have had a stellar time.I'm loving their vibes and how friendly they are, and how accommodating they have been.Can't thank them enough for the opportunity, And look forward to doing some stuff and seeing eachother in the future ✌?

My best friend and riding partner died while riding together last Summer, one of those freak incidents. He was wearing his ICON REGULATOR vest over his leather jacket. The coroner cut off the vest and his wife gave it to me. If they hadn’t cut it off his body the only damage was a few abrasions, blood and the zipper got messed up. I took it to a seamstress and told ICON I needed a zipper. Let me say I was moved by there concern and compassion. They were very generous and responsive in helping me restore the vest. ICON products are made to perform, weather its boots, helmets, or clothing. More important they are a corporation with a heart. Thank you ICON!

No published phone number where you can actually get a hold of someone under their business info on google maps. They (Icon) make it very difficult. Googling “Icon Motorsports phone number” will provide a number which does not yield anything other than a recorded line which transfers you to nobody. Icon is known worldwide and it blows my mind that they make reaching out to their CS damn near impossible. I have two products from them that need warranty service/attention and Icon seems to be cool with giving their customers the middle finger. I won’t be buying anything from Icon ever again and I suggest you do the same. While Alpinestars, Shoei and other brands are a bit more in cost, you get actual customer service and attentive service when needed.Icon, you should be ashamed of yourselves.
