Literally the WORST property management company in Oregon. They are money hungry and don't care about their residents at all. I would give zero stars if I could.

I Live at Halsey Terrace Apartments and the manager Lisa and the maintenance Matt are great! Whenever I have a problem they are quick to resolve it.

Took over my apartments months ago and are impossible to get ahold of. Feel like I’m back in the 90s paying my rent by check. They have not updated their resident portal to reflect that they own our apartments meaning that we do not have access to maintenance requests or the rent portal as previously stated.
