The shop is in a really really sketchy area so already I was getting negative feelings. The employee working there honestly couldn’t have given less of a care about me walking in the store. I wanted to try on a pair of shoes and was told it was in stock and so I waited and waited awkwardly sitting there only to be told it’s been sold… So with the unsafe area and unfriendly,unhelpful worker I won’t step foot here again.

Neat store, huge selection, friendly knowledgeable staff. It's too bad about it's location though. Lots of tents, smell of pee, crazy man in middle of street yelling. I work downtown so I'm a bit desensitized to it but I could only imagine what some may think.

*REVIEW UPDATE*Calen with Index reached out to me a day later to apologize for the delay and explain that the shoes I was trying to buy were not actually in stock, he offered a great discount on another pair + free shipping. I went ahead and placed an order for a pair I’ve been wanting for a long time, Caleb even made sure my shoes were shipped on the same day. After receiving an excellent customer service I will definitely buy again from INDEX.*INITIAL REVIEW*I've heard very good things from INDEX, so I decided to take a chance and place an order. Before placing the order I tried communicating with them in every possible way and received absolutely no answer. Now the order has been placed and all I am getting is complete silence, which makes me think I am in for a bit of a painful road as my CC has been charged and I am getting no feedback from them...

The staff is always extremely helpful and honest whenever I needed anything. They have a wide selection of sneakers for everyone and even offer free authenticity/legit checks. Definitely my go to for all things sneakers!

The three things I look for in a sneaker shop are: Inventory, Fair Pricing, and Friendly Staff.INDEX has all that in spades. I had been looking for a specific pair(which they had multiples of) and was able to trade in some existing sneakers in my collection (at a fair market price) to knock down the price. All of this was supported by a staff that was passionate, knowledgeable, and a joy to work with during the transaction.I will definitely go back to Index for future considerations and purchases.

Great place to shop. Actually ran into travis scott himself here as well without knowing it. They've got a crazy collection with every off white you can think of, every travis you can think of, even air mags. 10/10, just copped travis phantoms for a fair price too. Pricing is reasonable.

I highly recommend Index for anyone in need of new shoes. The store has a great selection, knowledgeable staff, and affordable prices. It's definitely worth checking out if you're in the market for new footwear.
