I got wonderful service from Dennis, the owner. He tested my battery first to make sure I actually needed a replacement, and you could tell he genuinely enjoys his work and helping people get back on the road. Highly recommended go to for a lithium issue lol.
Staff is very informative and professional.
Expectations were always met, whether it was a fob repair or a car battery replacement. Huge shout out to Morgen, he knows his stuff!

Today I was stranded with a dead battery, and I heard this place can deliver and install car batteries. I called and was connected with Morgan and got the absolute worst service I’ve gotten in my life. I can’t believe I was going to spend almost $300 at this place. I’m glad I found an alternative solution. I would avoid this place if you’re in need of actual help.

Morgan was super helpful and knowledgeable. I warrantied my previous set of interstate batteries here that I had purchased in Nebraska. Nothing lasts forever but I love my interstate batteries and the service I get. Thanks again Morgan. I'll be back.

Traded out my battery under warranty. The battery was four years old. So to replace it cost me $ 149 and new one cost $199. Dennis told me the new battery only had a one year warranty, and they did not pro rate the new battery. I questioned this as $49 more would have gotten me a 5 year warranty. For this price, I could have gone to auto zone or O'rileys and gotten a 3 year warranty. The part that bothered me the most is Dennis got very upset and squared off with me ??? And said l not going to discuss with you and take it up with corporate!

My brother in law and I came in to get a new battery after the car dealership my brother in law bought his car from told him the battery needed to be replaced.When we came in, Dennis the owner, asked if we really needed a new battery. He did a check on it and it turns out, it didn’t need to be changed. Saved him $100+ and ontop of it Dennis came out to clean the corrosion off the terminals for him. Great service, thanks Dennis!
