Like others have commented on Edwin's outstanding customer service, i came to second that. He is a breath of fresh air, just an overall pleasant human being to do business with. I highly recommend this location in praise of Edwin and highly recommend banking with iQ in general. Happy customer of 20 years.

I go to this IQ Credit Union and they are amazing one of the representative by the name of Edwin who helps me when I do payments was so polite and has outstanding customer service I definitely would recommend this Credit Union if you ever need great service

The amount of effort to open, use, and close the account with this credit union is out of control, be prepared to be on phone for hours without being able to use your account but you'll still be charged paper statement fee even your account is not accessible at all.

Edwin was super helpful and amazing! I have a partner credit union with iQ and needed to trade out big bills for small bills for vacation. Edwin was super helpful and patient with getting all my smaller bills together. He was also very personable and informative.
