Jack did my piercing today, and they were fantastic! Incredibly professional and kind, asked for consent at every single step, listened to my concerns and opinions about price, style, and placement, and was incredibly accommodating. I felt very comfortable and genuinely enjoyed my time speaking with them. The parlor was very clean and the jewelry options are beautiful. Could not recommend this place more! Jack especially :) thank you for a great experience!

By far the best piercing experience I've ever had. Portland has a lot of great piercing studios, but I have to say IRIS has a uniquely beautiful space with a wide variety of stunning jewelry and a phenomenal staff of kind and welcoming folks. Overall, I felt safe, welcome, not rushed, and had fun! IRIS would be the first spot I'd recommend to anyone looking to get pierced or just switch to gorgeous new jewelry.

jack at iris was absolutely wonderful. the piercing itself went swimmingly, and jack was impeccable with providing informed consent for every single thing they did. the jewelry that iris carries is also topnotch. 10/10 would and do recommend; thanks y'all!!!!!

I’ve gotten a handful of ear piercings here and I’ve had a great experience each time. There’s a wide range of jewelry to choose from. The piercing room is clean and all tools were clean. The staff was very friendly and professional.

Love!! Ive been pierced by Danny and Jack and they are amazing. Emery also helped me pick out jewelry and im in love with my choice; there are a wide selection of pieces. They also offer aftercare instructions and trouble shooting so you arent abandoned after the piercing. Thank you guys❤️

Danny was extremely kind and helpful over the phone today! I was nervous to book a consultation in case some studios might expect me to know what I want before I came in, but I have some specific questions I am seeking expert advice on.
He definitely boosted my confidence and increased my comfort level that the IRIS staff will help me and not rush me into making a decision that is not right for my circumstances. I will be booking an appointment ASAP! Thanks Danny!

Friendly staff and clean environment. They make sure to walk you through the piercing process so you know exactly what is going on. It would be nice to have a larger jewelry selection but does not take away from the quality of the shop.
